Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment is everything you need- we were staying with our two young daughters for a wedding nearby and had a brilliant stay. Great location with amazing beaches nearby and close to lots of great places to visit.

Good location

Nice apartment with parking and shared pool. It was fairly quiet, you can hear the road alongside from the balcony. There was some sort of music event going on over the weekend which was fairly loud but music stopped by midnight. We had hired a car which I would say was necessary for the area as supermarkets were a bit further away. Restaurants in walking distance which were good and nice walks along the river. 25 minute walk to the station where we took the train to Monaco. It was a good location for visiting Nice, Cannes and Antibes.

Die Wohnung ist schön und hat eine super Lage. Hier und da müssen ein paar kleine Mängel innerhalb der Wohnung behoben werden und ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der defekte Toaster zeitnah ausgetauscht wird weil auch kein richtiger Backofen in der Küche war und wir somit kein Toast oder Brötchen zum Frühstück machen konnten aber es war insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Der Parkplatz war für unseren Skoda SUV vollkommen ausreichend und alles hat gepasst. Der Pool war sehr schön und zu unserer Zeit nicht viel besucht was auch super angenehm war. Wir hatten auch kurzfristig noch 2 tage verlängert weil es uns gut gefallen hat und wir würden auch nochmal dort buchen.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, proche de tout. Le logement est spacieux, bien agencé et parfait pour une famille avec enfants. La grande terrasse est très agréable, et la piscine est magnifique. Dommage qu’elle ait été fermée pour réparation après deux jours. À noter : il n’y a pas de lit bébé et le four est en réalité un micro-ondes combiné, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés d’ en profiter

Appartement tres fonctionnel, joliment décoré, propre, tres bien situé dans Mandelieu. L'arrivee et le depart se font tres facilement. Tout s'est tres bien passé. Nous recommandons vivement.

Bel appartement bien situé

Appartement très confortable moderne et balades faciles le long de la SIANE. Seul bemol le parking garage mal placé convient aux motos velos et voiturettes...impossible de rentrer une voiture de dimension normale. Et a l’extérieur dans la résidence fermée par un portail 6 places numérotées réservées seule une place sans numéro pour visiteur et lorsqu'on s’y gare on retrouve la voiture avec des post it apposé par un locataire qui se dit prioritaire de bien vouloir se garer dehors...En septembre on trouve a se garer mais en été ce doit être compliqué.

Appartement et résidence très agréables

Appartement très agréable. Spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Literie confortable. Grande piscine dans la résidence, avec très peu de monde début Juillet, nous y avons passé plus de temps qu’à la plage! Possibilité de se garer dans la rue mais les places sont rares en journée, la place en sous-sol est un vrai plus. Restaurants et buvettes en bord de Siagne à quelques minutes à pieds. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Très sympa

Notre deuxième fois à cet appartement! Très propre et bien situé près de la rivière et les bus gratuits l'été pour aller la plage. Les enfants aiment les deux playgrounds further up la rivière. Ils préfèrent la plage de la Raguette (vagues) et la plage du chateau.

Alles war gut und super Pool

Wir waren als Familie in der Wohnung. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, nett gelegen zwischen 2 kleinen Flüssen. Es war alles da was man braucht. Wir waren zufrieden.pool ist super zum schwimmen zwischendurch.merci beaucoup

très bel appartement, très bien situé

Agréable, Spacieux, bien exposé, bien équipé. Literie plutot confortable. Mériterait quelques petits entretiens, dont certains déjà signalés par d'autres vacanciers ( chasse d'eau d'un des WC, faux plafond à revisser). Appartement propre en général, sauf certains points du coin cuisine (tirroir des couverts, qq ustensils de cuisine, l'étagère du haut et qq plats étaient sales). L'appareil à Barbecue a pu remplacer les poêles Tefal toutes usées et qui devraient être remplacées.

telllement déçue!

pour commencer, nous pataugeons dans 5 cm d'eau pour accéder à l'emplacement au sous-sol, puis, quand nous voulons sortir le soir, le portail ne s'ouvre pas, nous devons remonter à pieds, et avoir recours au gérant des autres appartements la personne qui nous a accueilli ne répondant pas. nous devons donc nous garer à l'extérieur ,où une personne bien intentionnée raye notre voiture de location pas de lumière dans le couloir à l'étage;il fallait maintenir ouvert l'ascenseur pour arriver à l'appartement. Alors , non, on ne peut pas dire que nous ayons passé un bon séjour

Un séjour parfait!

Bel appartement, très propre, beaucoup de serviettes, grand balcon. Les minibus MimoPlage gratuits pendant l'été, seulements quelques minutes aux plages avec eux, au bateau pour l'île Sainte Marguerite et pour une belle balade à San Peyre. Belle piscine propre avec des sunbeds. La rivière tout près pour faire du jogging, s'entraîner dans les parcs ou un parc pour jouer pour les enfants. Madame Ruste très sympa et accueillante. Bon contact avec Monsieur Gottsman qui répond vite.

Nos vacances sur la Côte d'Azur

Nous sommes déçus de l'appartement que nous avons loué. Le ménage avait du être fait à la va vite ! Nous avons du nettoyer le réfrigérateur - les joints sont tout noir. Une des deux chambres est vraiment petite. Pas facile de poser la valise. L'autre chambre plus grande mais obligés de poser les valises par terre. Les oreillers sont vieux et sales. sinon, l'emplacement est calme côté balcon un peu moins côté parking le soir. Salle de bain avec douche et WC très bien, dommage que nous n'ayons eu que deux serviettes de bain pour trois adultes. En résumé, il y a quelques améliorations à apporter. Nous nous sommes bien promenés tout le long de la côte d'Azur vraiment superbe. Nous plaignons les vacanciers de juillet et août par l'affluence des touristes.
