"I’ve stayed here many many times over the years. This last stay was horrible. Half my lights in my room didn’t work, the sink sprayed water everywhere and the mirror light didn’t work, the sheets had stains everywhere on them, the single towel in the room looked like it had been used as a rag for years, and the tv just showed every channel as static. I’ve always accepted this hotel as a bit run down for my short stays but I think the transport time into the city is going to be more worth it...

"Very new hotel. Room is very clean. Breakfast area is quite spacious. Most staffs especially those at restaurant and reception in the day are good. However, night shift staff at reception needs to be trained up. Encountered a leak at bathroom at night and waited quite long before I get to change room and this is upon my request. Staff actually proposed that it can be fix in 1.5 hours. "

"Breakfast was impressive, gym and pool were great, staff are very friendly. I forgot my phone adapter so the hotel loaned me one then the concierge drove me to the store so I could buy one. That is going above and beyond my expectations! "
