The four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensure privacy and relaxation:

2️⃣+2️⃣ The TOWER ROOM on the first floor includes 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed;
2️⃣ The CENTRAL ROOM, overlooking the courtyard, includes 1 double bed;
2️⃣ The LARGE ROOM, also facing the courtyard, includes 1 double bed;
2️⃣+2️⃣ The STUDIO features a space with 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed.

The kitchen, with a central island and dining area, is perfect for sharing meals and moments together.
The living room, with its fireplace and TV, is the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring the wonders of Maremma.

Outside, the large green spaces provide everything you need to fully enjoy nature: a BBQ area for outdoor grilling, outdoor lounges and sunbeds to soak up the sun and the peace of the Tuscan countryside.
