Bainbridge Island Pebble Garden Villa Waterfront

"Where do I start? We absolutely loved this place! The views! Relaxation! Peace and serenity. This Pebble Beach Villa comfortably housed 9 members of my family for 5 nights. It has everything you need plus more. It was clean, spacious, inviting, lots of natural light and there are views in every bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grill made wonderful burgers and grilled corn, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, the yard is beautiful with fruit trees, the many balconies are so inviting with incredible views and super comfy furniture… I could go on. We have already made our reservation for next year. Lara was an amazing host, responding to my questions and messages within minutes, sometimes seconds. She was very professional, helpful and made us feel so very comfortable, and also very knowledgeable about the area with restaurant and entertainment recommendations galore!! We highly recommend this amazing house and all it, and the host, has to offer. We didn’t want to leave!"

"Great location, right by the water and by a bike path. There seems to be a water view from every room. Friendly staff. They helped make sure I had a room that didn’t require me to climb any stairs since I have an injury. Good breakfast options. Quiet room. I’d stay here again if I’m in Port Orchard. There’s also plenty of free parking and you can park on either side of the building."

"I only had one night to enjoy this darling property. Dinner was in the patio while watching the boats and ferries go by. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owners were lovely as well. Hopefully my next visit will be longer!"

"Property grew on us. When we arrived at 1:30 we were told we could check in early for $20 or wait another hour and a half. Out of principle, I opted to wait because clearly the room was ready, it was just a money grab. I don’t blame the workers bc I’m sure they are just following procedure. The rooms are clean, we used the kitchen to cook every morning, we used the grill on the roof next door, and really enjoyed the accessibility to the ferry. The parking is not free…we chose to park across the street most of the time. Overall, it was a good stay!"

"Beautiful and roomy was our room. However, our second night someone was above us and it sounded like an elephant walking around up there late at night and early in the morning. It was good to have coffee and water available. I like that. Love the underground parking didn’t have to worry about parking our vehicle thank you."

"What a great vacation at this Port Orchard home!! The home was even better than the pictures. Sitting on the deck or by the outdoor fire it what a spectacular view. We were able to see plenty of wild life ( rabbits, eagles, dolphins, seals, osprey among others). We had 10 people stay and there was plenty of room. Our kids had plenty to do at the house with picking shells on the beach, playing ping pong, pool, and foosball. The highlight for the kids was the karaoke machine and blowing the fog horn as the ferries pass. What really stood out was the thorough and quick response by the owner with the questions we had. They did a fantastic job in giving us insight in what to do in the area and the best way to get there. They definitely went above and beyond beyond to make our trip the best. If you are considering renting a wonderful house for a large group make sure you check out this Port Orchard home."
