We stayed a couple of nights here, the front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and very modern, there was everything we needed all in a spacious space with a great view of the corn exchange outside. The only thing we weren't keen on was the glass frosted door on the bathroom but thats just personal preference....

Great location with everything to hand that you will want. Lovely period building sympathetically restored to a great standard keeping many period features. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Really impressed.

Built around the old Corn Exchange and in keeping with the surroundings. In the property liked the shower and the kitchen with everything supplied meaning you didn't have to eat out all the time. Location was great, opposite The Arndale, with National Football Museum and AO Arena just a few minutes walk away too.

only problem was communication with taxis they said there were going to be 5 minutes and rang 1 hour later by which point we had to get in another taxi so we wernt late for an event so

Roomzzz Manchester Victoria
We stayed in a neo room. Our room overlooked Manchester Cathedral. The room was very well equipped and very clean. The room was also extremely quiet, with hardly any noise coming in from the outside. The hotel is ideally located for the AO Arena ( about 5 minute walk ) and the Arndale centre. ( about 2 min walk ). You are surrounded by restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Very unclean, Rooms all smell like a takeaway.
On arrival, the room smelt like a take-away, so we were downgraded to another room. This room also smelt the same. It was an issue with their ventilation system. After being downgraded and offered no solution, I requested a refund. The member of staff on shift was extremely rude and asked ME to call his manager to see if he’d approve the refund because the manager was off all weekend. Handing me the phone and expecting me to resolve the situation is beyond comprehension.

Beautiful hotel, rock hard pillows
The building is beautiful and extremely clean, the only dissappointing factor was that we didn't find the mattress and pillows comfortable, they were very hard but thats a personal preference i suppose.

Would 100% stay again
Such a lovely stay - perfect for longer trips. We were only there 1 night but it’s spot on for those wanting a week or more stay too. All the amenities were provided like kitchenware and toiletries. Even the kettle was limescale free. Would definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay in centre on Manchester!
Lovely hotel bamg in the centre of Manchester. Arndale shopping mall is literally acoss the road. Lovely helpful staff. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms have a kitchenette, which is very useful. In the reception area you can also help yourself to good coffee at anytime of day and night , whilst also having a kettle and instant coffee sachets in your room. The room was a good size, modern and very clean. In the morning guests may also help themselves to complimentary criossants,yoghurt and bread. You may take these up to your room. I was told that this would however be discontinued.

Amazing hotel, amazing service!
Our stay was amazing, I booked to stay for my partners 30th birthday, i paid for the birthday balloon extra which Elizabeth and Olivia sorted for us, such a nice added touch, I can’t praise them both enough for making us feel so welcome and being helpful during our stay, such a clean lovely venue, and the breakfast pastries were delicious! I highly recommend and will certainly be back to stay again! Such good value for money.

A wonderful, peaceful gem: Beautifully clean, a sumptuously comfortable bed. Totally silent - not a sound from outside or from other rooms. Excellantly equipped room: - kitchen (toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge, 2 hobs, dishwasher etc) - hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room. Wonderful building with so much of the beautiful, original corn exchange tiling. Fantastic restaurants in the central, covered atrium - about 10 choices. Lovely atmosphere, but no noise in rooms. Pleasant, helpful and friendly staff on Reception.

A fantastic stay right in the heart of the city centre . Visited for a michael Buble concert at the arena which was also pnly a 2 minute walk . Beautiful accomodation , friendly helpful staff. Definately will return .

Requested specific room a few months in advance and this was arranged. Stayed before, this hotel is perfect for my needs as had kitchen, is close to station/car parking and tram stop for ease of movement whilst in Manchester. Staff were helpful.
