Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Manchester central shopping district and Piccadilly Gardens are less than a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. From here, there are plenty of public transport options to take you around the city.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator! You will be required to walk up the stairs to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
