Great property, great value, and great location

Stayed for a couple of nights at this property, and it was perfectly suited for our needs. Good, clear communication with the owners from booking, and very helpful in making sure everything was right for our stay. Would definitely recommend this for families or small groups as an ideal base camp for visiting Manchester, and will be keeping this property in my saved list for the future too.

Excellent peace full stay

It was very nice to stay with family for holidays in apartment rather than staying in any 2,3,4 or 5 star hotel.

Great location and very central! Landlord was very helpful - the original flat wasn’t available due to maintenance issues but they provided good communication and an alternative. Very happy with our stay!

Lift not working, need to climb three stairs with luggage, building under renovation, noisy started early in the morning, scaffolding workers walking outside bathroom, living room eve though our room on the third floor, privacy and safety issue, Very messy and dirty with renovation and demolition material lying around in the complex.

We arrived, saw the place and promptly left. Dirty, no smoke alarms to name but two factors. We're attempting to get our money back as the apartment was not fit for purpose or as described. However, we're being blocked by the fact that the owner won't respond to Expedia. A very unpleasant start to a short family break. Full pictures and video were captured to back ask this up. Atrocious. Avoid.

After a bad start as the cleaner hadnt been in before we arrived we had to notify them and to their credit they put someone else out very quickly we settled in had a little issue with the hot water but managed to get it sorted think the property could do with redecorating and a general maintenance check as far as what we required it was acceptable but not if i was with my partner

One reason we choose the apartment was free car parking but when we got there we weren’t allowed to use it. Lots of things in the apartment were broken, for example light bulbs and the lock to the balcony door was very dodgy. There was a cigarette butt on a chair on the balcony. The car park was full of rubbish when we arrived although this was cleaned the next morning. Despite this we enjoyed our trip to Manchester.
