"Certain guest didn’t wash off after coming from the beach and went straight into the pool. Which very disgusting because sand at bottom of the pool and bugs swimming around . I really didn’t care for any of the pools because of the setup to swim up bars which nice for adults but no room to swim just to seat and relax . Another pool with volley ball net just to play so you couldn’t swim. The pools need treatment to make it a bit cleaner and clear. The beach was my favorite part of the resort it was the most beautiful beach blue clear shallow waters and warm. There was a company called scuba caribe offering water activities such as snorkeling , paddling board , kayaking , and boat party’s . I enjoyed the paddling board super fun and a nice workout. The views on the beach were incredible and super relaxing. Also my top favorite was the water park which had like 5 different slides and it was such a thrill. The water park had the cleanest pool . This resort is a family friend , there are so many smoking designated areas which I loved the most because if you know then you know . The best part of the activities was the foam party it was super lit , live DJ , open bar , and a host on the mic who had so much energy interacting with the crowd . It had rain that day but the hotel staff still wanted all the guests to have a good time and enjoy their selfs. I like how the hotel had activities every night parties , live shows , and open bars all around. Staff at the buffet 10/10"
