The air conditioning was very weak took two days to cool the room same with the fridge bed hard springs popping, notified front desk no response nothing fixed. The breakfast as listed in Expedia’s ad was not free so instead of adding it to my room a man stood over me as I ate trying to force me to sign a bill had to leave breakfast after a few bites to go down to resolve it, this all after a sleepless night because of the hot room and uncomfortable bed. Aggravated my heart condition and blood sugar went low. Put my life at risk so I left, the manager promised to refund two days hasn’t been returned to me yet. But I am sure they rented that deficient room again to someone else.. do not go there if you have health concerns! The area is a dangerous one at night.

Dear Scott,I am so sorry tha your experience with us wasn't good but We're pretty sure that our Hotel and employees can offer a good service and the most Expedia reviews can speak for themselves. We verifyed too many time the air conditioning and evrything is OK. We rental this same room for other guests and we haven't received any complaints. About the refund Expedia will do it because we already did what was necessary few days ago.I appreciate your review and hope you get well about your healthy.

This is a nice new hotel in the center of Manaus. The hotel was really good about sending me tour info before my stay. The rooms are big and it is mostly Brazilians who stay there so great for going out in groups at night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone walking around at night though as it is not a safe area.

Wonderful property for the price! Towels and soap are provided. Breakfast is LOVELY! The area around is a little not fantastic, our taxi driver warned us of it. However, it puts you in close proximity to the Opera house and plenty of other fun.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, im historischen Zentrum gelegen. In der Umgebung sind kaum Restaurants vorhanden, welche abends geöffnet haben. In der Umgebung befinden sich auch viele Obdachlose, wodurch ein abendlicher Spaziergang nicht das sicherste ist.

Enregistrement très long , nous avions réservé 2 chambres on nous a donné les clés que d’une seule chambre Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais uniquement portugais donc difficile de se faire comprendre Les chambres sont grandes, lit confortable mais oreillers avec envelop plastique qui est plutôt désagréable Climatisation bruyante Sinon petit déjeuner très varié et copieux

Estadia ótima, o hotel está localizado muito perto do Teatro e do Mercado e durante o dia não vimos problema em fazer tudo caminhando, a noite também é bem tranquilo e barato pedir um carro por aplicativo. O café da manhã é bom e tem opções regionais, mas sentimos falta de uma sanduichera pra fazer queijo quente ou então tapioca. A limpeza é top, mas tivemos problema com a pia do quarto que não fechava a torneira e ficava pingando. Enfim, ótimo custo-benefício!

o hotel atende muito bom o que é proposto, considerando o preço da diária. por estar no centro, acho que é a opção que mais atende. pontos negativos: a noite a região é deserta, necessita manutenção do box do chuveiro (azulejo velho e encardido) e melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama.

O hotel é bom e os colaboradores são muito cordiais. A localização é ótima para fazer passeios pelo centro e porto. Não tivemos problemas com as saídas noturnas mas andamos em grupo e ficamos sempre atentos.

Não me arrependi por ficar nesse hotel, me senti confortável demais. Todos os funcionários são educados, as duvidas que tive todas foram solucionadas. O café da manhã tinha comidas típicas de manaus o que eu considero um ponto muito positivo. Uma sugestão que eu quero dar é colocar uma tv smart, utilizo alguns aplicativos que não pude usar na TV...seria melhor se eu pudesse

Atendimento perfeito, principalmente Matheus e Carla (os que mais interagi). Quanto amplo, com AC, frigobar, TV. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muita opção. Local não é dos melhores, a parte Central de Manaus em geral carece de muita melhoria, e o hotel está situado nesta parte. Fomos avisados a usar carro por aplicativo a noite, embora não tenhamos visto nenhuma violência. Limpeza do quarto/banheiro um pouco superficial.

Ótima opção por estar num lugar central e perto das principais atrações turísticas. A limpeza é boa, mas pode melhorar ainda mais. Quarto amplo e cama confortável. As comidas vendidas na recepção estavam vencidas, de forma que não puderam ser compradas. Não adianta ofertar alimentos que o hóspede não pode consumir. Também teve um caso de falta de energia e tive que descer 4 andares de escada com mala, o que leva a crer que o hotel não possui gerador. Como Manaus faz muito calor, um gerador é necessário pelo menos para o uso do ar-condicionado. Me hospedaria novamente, apesar das observações.

Ótima localização e limpeza - bom café da manhã
Me hospedei à trabalho, achei o hotel bom, Limpeza impecável, café da manhã ótimo, próximo as principais vias de acesso da cidade, próximo a restaurantes na praça do teatro Amazonas. Banheiro limpo e com chuveiro com misturador e o quente funciona.
