O local é muito bom, porém não foi disponibilizado café da manhã (provavelmente devido a pandemia) e o Wi-Fi não funcionou perfeitamente - a TV desligava constantemente também. Ressalto o bom atendimento prestado, apesar do quarto não apresentar conforto

Me decepcionei, primeiro foi contratado com café da manhã e não forneciam, TV 40 pol e a cabo, não fornecida conforme propaganda e confirmação de reserva. This hotel is well known by locals to be used for prostitution. The front desk is not equipped with any traditional office supplies. They have armed guards in bulletproof vests outside. The neighborhood is full if homeless people.

Gostei de quase tudo, bem localizado, perto de tudo, restaurantes, farmácia, parada de ônibus. Bom atendimento. Serviço de limpeza bom. Café da manhã bom tbm. As únicas ressalvas que tenho são em relação ao wi-fi que é baixa a velocidade, tive de usar o 4G várias vezes por que o sinal wi-fi não funcionava E a cama tbm eu achei desconfortável, o colchão é muito fino e mole demais , quando você deixa forma um buraco e fica desnivelado com o resto da cama. Mas tirando só esses pontos : wi-fi e colchão, o resto eu gostei de tudo.

A cama é confortável, a limpeza é bacana e os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Quanto à localização, é perto de vários pontos turísticos, Teatro Amazonas, Mercado e Feira municipais, Porto e Estação Hidroviária etc. Porém, como é em área comercial, à noite fecha quase tudo no entorno do hotel.

ESSE HOTEL PARA SER 3 ESTRELAS FALTA MUITO

Horível, o banheiro muiro sujo, a porta do boxe não fechava , o colchão estava cheio de ácaros , o qual ocasionou coceiras no corpo, quanto ao café da manhã péssimo , não tinha colher para mexer o café , relatei a minha insatisfação na portaria e realizei o checkout no dia seguinte a minha chegada , onde pretenderia ficar hospedado 6 dias.

O hotel possue uma otima localizacao. Atendentes simpaticos. Peca na limpeza e organizacao do quarto. Limpeza na area do cafe( duas baratas mortas ficaram varios dias nas proximidades de um rodape). A qualidade do cafe he razoavel.

Bom custo x benefício

O Hotel é simples mas atende bem as necessidades básicas (tomar um banho, dormir e tomar um café da manhã satisfatório) por um preço justo em relação a outras opções em Manaus. O ar-condicionado e a TV a cabo funcionaram bem, contudo o chuveiro não esquentava, o que não foi problema tendo em vista o calor na cidade. A cama é confortável e o sinal de Wi-Fi é muito bom no quarto. O Hotel fica em uma área sem muitas opções de comércio e restaurantes à noite. De qualquer forma, o hotel está localizado muito próximo da praça onde fica o Teatro Amazonas, a poucos minutos de caminhada, onde há opções de bares e restaurantes. Na recepção tem uma geladeira para venda de bebidas (água, refrigerante, etc.) para casos de urgência. O café da manhã é básico, sem muita variedade, mas atende bem, especialmente pelo fato de oferecer opções de frutas. Todos os atendentes foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos e encontrei o quarto e banheiro limpos e arrumados, apesar do quarto estar com mal cheiro, possivelmente por ser construção antiga.
