The only issue we had was my daughter’s portable speaker was stolen from the pool area. She walked away for just a few minutes to get a towel and it was gone. Other than that we had no issues. "

The pool was so refreshing and if you would like you can eat dinner in at their small guests only restaurant. Cerró Gordo beach is about 20 minutes away and is another treasure. "The property is not as nice or expensive as Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve, but it was quiet, safe and good dining options around the property. The location is not as secluded as the Grand Reserve which is good and bad. You feel more "trapped" and have to use the hotel resturants and shops at the Grand as it is more remote. Overall, I would recommend this property."
