"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. AMAZING View. I absolutely love the Mediterranean Vibe to it. There was a slight accident with the shower where it started overflowing and water went outside but the staff handled it so nice they offered us a brand new Suite which was an amazing upgrade to our original room and brought us champagne so 10/10 costumer service. Absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend to anyone. "

"We had the most wonderful holiday at HSM Calas Park! The hotel is fantastic, it’s in such a perfect location, near to the most beautiful beach, loads of great shops, bars etc. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The all inclusive options are great, lots of choice of drinks, including cocktails. The food is pretty good too, although I did get a bit bored after a few days but there’s other places to eat nearby. You need to remember your plastic cup otherwise they charge €1 for a new one. There are quite a lot of steps, which I actually quite like as it’s my only exercise while I was there but maybe not good if you have mobility issues. I personally enjoyed walking down to the pool and back up for lunch etc. All the staff are amazing, I even called the hotel a few times leading up to our stay to ask questions and they sorted everything I asked them. They were so friendly and welcoming. The animation team were great for activities throughout the day and entertainment at night. This was my second time, I’ve never been back to the same place twice before and I would absolutely come again. Thank you guys!"

"Great hotel. The staff are so attentive & welcoming. The food is varied and good quality. Lots of drinks options. The rooms are spacious and bright. Entertainment was great. A few negatives.. the shower handle was broken. You had to go to reception to get a new towel which you need a shuttle for and not available until 10am. Sometimes a long wait for the shuttle. Also had to pay deposit for towel which seems unnecessary. Overall had a great experience, would definitely recommend. "

"Der Ferienkomplex hat unserer ganzen Familie sehr gut gefallen. Auf dem Gelände gibt es drei verschiedene Pools, das Animationsprogramm ist interessant und abwechslungsreich, sodass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Im Restaurant gibt es viele Sitzplätze, daher findet jeder Gast immer problemlos einen Platz. Das Essen ist vielfältig und lecker. Es gibt Aufzüge und die verschiedenen Bereiche sind insgesamt sehr praktisch gelegen. Manchmal hat man das Gefühl, dass einige Möbelstücke ausgetauscht werden könnten, aber das hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht beeinträchtigt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, der Service hat unserer Familie gut gefallen. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Iryna an der Rezeption – sie hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und war sehr geduldig mit uns. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub! "

"A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient. Couldn’t fault this hotel. It is a gem and would definitely will be back !! "

"We enjoyed our stay for six nights for our family of six at Portodrach morning- we had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and double balconies offering spectacular views of the port and the town. The hotel is very close to a wide variety of options for dining, bars, ice cream shops, and grocery. It is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the beach and the main area with shopping. It is easily accessible by bus for visiting local calas (coves) in the area with stunning views and blue green water. Reception was friendly. Cleaning staff was friendly and always checked in to see if we needed anything (change of towels/garbage, sweep floor). The kitchen is small but functional for preparing meals. Dishwashing soap was only provided at check in and we were told would not be replenished so we had to purchase our own. The kitchen could also have included a pair of scissors for convenience and a roll of paper towels. The shower had hand wash instead of body wash which we found a bit odd but thankfully we brought our own. Highly recommend to purchase their homemade baguettes from their resto. Delicious and fresh, this was a staple for us daily! Laundry is available on site which was convenient. Tried the resto once for dinner and food was decent with good portion sizes. Kids enjoyed the pool. Wonderful stay for our first trip to Mallorca- highly recommend! "

"I cannot thank Jose, Sara & Marien enough for such a wonderful stay. The sea view was so worth it! The room was spectacular! The location was so perfect. The wrist band for your room access made locking up and go so seamless. Porto Cristo is a wonderful beach. Cala Petita and Cala Murta are walking distance as well with the most spectacular views. The caves are right by Cala Murta. For solo travellers, the restaurant Porto Bello serve paella for 1 which is fab since it is so hard to come back! Bonus was that it was DELICIOUS! I will definitely be back! Can’t recommend this hotel enough!"

"One of the best experiences I have already had in a hotel. The room is not the more luxury I have seem, but the overall experience is amazing with their food selection, show options in the evening and big pool, and the amazing view if you are luck to get the pool view. Pool access is from 10am to 7pm. There are fitness activities in the pool with instructors that is really fun. Every day at 21h30 they have a 1hour show and I really enjoyed all of them. Cala Antena is connected to the hotel, you have direct access to the beach with a quick walk and it is one of the most beautiful in the island. With 10/15 minutes walking you can reach Cala Domingos that is also such a nice beach. I definitely recommend this place. Const: - only cons I’d like to mention it that the gym has missing equipment, there are weights there like 4k, 5kg and then it jumps to 15kg ?? Where are the 7kg, 10kg, etc? So basically there are things missing in the gym. This should be easy to them to fix and hopefully is just temporary."
