This was one of the best experiences I've had at a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The hotel itself is a bit older, but the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was varied and delicious with different options for lunch and dinner every day, and the bar served great drinks. There was also entertainment every evening, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back! 😎

Hotel was good for what you pay for! Pool was great alongside the entertainment which was fantastic. Great fun playing volleyball. Parking for hire car was no issue and there was plenty of food to choose from every night. They had the football on which was great for when we went. Bar drinks had good options with a special cocktail everyday. Reception were very helpful for when we had issues with the door. People are harsh on the reviews unfortunately and expect the world for the money. Yes it’s a little run down but aircon worked and sheets were offered to be changed everyday nearly. Hot water took a while to come on but eventually turned up when required.

Lovely 5 night stay! Only issues we had were other guests screaming up and down the corridors at 3am steaming drunk, the walls are paper thin! Not that others behaviours are the hotels fault of course. Plenty of food and drink variations; we hired a car and glad we did as others talked of long transfer times etc! But enjoyed our stay /)

Everything was great for a 3 star. Drinks choices were as you'd expect (a limited list of 4-5 cocktails) as well as the usual beers, spirits and mixers. Bar staff were generous with their measures. Food, whilst not fine dining, there was always a good selection and they tried to mix things up a bit at least. Snack bar was kept topped up all day with burgers, hot dogs, chips, nuggets.etc too. The room was always cleaned to a good standard throughout our stay. Water pressure was decent with the shower and having a bath was a nice touch too. Room was well furnished, including outdoor further on the balcony. In terms of other guests and atmosphere, whilst family friendly, we didn't feel too out of place as an adult couple in our 20s/30s. Hotel attracted a mix of nationalities but the majority was an even split between English and polish guests. Entertainment was presented in English among other languages and there was a show every night. Staff in the hotel were always delightful to interact with and were so attentive, bar staff were also a good laugh and whilst the drinks did flow, they weren't scared to tell people when it was time to call it a night.

The hotel was generally ok, the food was good in the restaurant and the pool side. The pool was ok but doesn’t open until 10am which is too late. The air conditioning was non existent unfortunately which is definitely a disappointment in the hot weather. Also no tea / coffee making facilities or fridge in the room.

Just in time

the hotel is clean but dated. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is great a very wide selection even for the most fussiest eater breakfast from 730am, then morning tea, then lunch, then afternoon tea, then dinner, then supper there is always something to eat (not always a good thing when your watching your weight) drinks available from about 10am, they should have the water in the fridge for everyone to access instead of going to the waiters in the restaurant at breakfast. There is only a small kids pool and one large pool when busy there is not enough pool space they need another pool especially for those who do not want to participate in the activities, there is also a kids club, beach is very near by but not good for those with walking difficulties. One downfall not enough shade in the outdoor dining and pool area and grass areas overall a very good holiday, however from end of July was getting very busy so those without kids go before the school holidays begin to avoid the busyness.

Très bon séjour ! L'hôtel et le personnel sont très accueillants, la restauration est variée, chaque soir un nouveau thème, les animateurs sont au top ! L'espace piscine / bar est vraiment sympa et de nombreux transats a disposition. Seul petit bémol, un petit rafraîchissement des SDB serait un plus mais le ménage est fait tous les jours. En famille, on a bien aimé les buffets (+ service repas froid pour arrivée tardive, très appréciable. Par contre pas de service pique nique, disent que nous ne pouvons pas nous faire de sandwich pendant le petit déjeuner et pourtant certain client ont accès a cela et on leur donne en plus du cellophane, cherchez l'erreur, c'est regrettable quand on a payé le all inclusive, mais qu'on décide de partir tôt pour visiter). La chambre était bien climatisée. Hôtel et chambre vétustes. Un jour le service ménage en chambre n'a pas été fait sans aucune raison. J'ai rencontré un problème administratif non résolu a ce jour, j'ai eu l'impression de demander la lune alors que je demandais un simple tampon attestant de notre présence a l'hôtel (pour participation de mon CE a nos vacances), cela a bien gâché notre enthousiasme. Les horaires de la piscine ne sont pas adaptées, 10h-19h et attention plutôt 10h15 le temps que le maître nageur arrive tranquillement par contre plutôt 18h55, ça vous pouvait être sûr qu'il ne s'attarde pas a quitter son poste en un coup de sifflet. Idem sur les horaires pour le snack, pas pressé. Par contre les barmans sont très sympa et disponibles. Voila globalement satisfait car nous restions pas la journée a l'hôtel.

Die Zimmer sind mäßig sauber und bräuchten eine Renovierung. Die Teller am Buffett waren häufig schmutzig. Wenn man darüber hinwegsehen kann, hat man im Aluasun einen tollen Aufenthalt! Meine Kinder und ich hatten auf jeden Fall eine tolle Zeit!

Kein Grund für Beanstandungen. Wenn man etwas zu bemängeln hätte, dann auf hohem Niveau. Die Dusche am Pool war defekt, da der Pool immer sehr voll war, hätte die Dusche zur Abkühlung beigetragen und die Leitern zum Pool zu wackelig.

Hotel de tres estrellas muy anticuado ,las habitaciones necesitan una reforma ,la primera noche fatal no dormimos hasta las 4 de la mañana,ruidos portazos carreras por los pasillos,después nos cambiaron de habitación y mejor en cuanto a ruidos,de todos modos no repetiría,la comida no está mal para ser un tres estrellas pero el comedor está muy anticuado,el todo incluido no incluye todas las bebidas por ejemplo el mojito ,el segundo día si me hubieran devuelto el dinero me hubiera ido sin pensarlo

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Personnel très sympathique et réactif. Chambre très standard et vieillissante, mais les parties communes sont très bien (self, grand salon, accueil, terrasse). L'établissement dispose de 3 ascenseurs, très appréciable. De nombreux transats en extérieur. Un dîner à thème tous les soirs ainsi que des animations en journée et chaque soir. Chambres non insonorisées qui ne permet pas de se reposer. Établissement bruyant mais c'est légitime vu la capacité d'accueil. Self service avec petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner excellents ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts !
