"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. This is when I realised that we had been sleeping in dirty duvets and pillow covers. They also wanted us to place the wet used towels in the bottom of a wardrobe which had the previous visitors dirty towels still in there. We cleaned the place and left thinking we would never stay again. I received a message the next day with 8 pictures. One of a crumb the other of a slight dirt bark on the kitchen floor. I have uploaded them to this review. He’s charged an extra 90 for cleaning. As you can see from the pictures the house was left very clean. Cleaner than when we entered. "
