They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."
