"Top shelf stay!!! The way this crew runs it could be top shelf in a nightmare!! Pamela and her staff, Amit to his staff and Mr. Music man aka smiley. To who I feel are dear friends to my wife and I, thank you Brian, thank you Zukeno and thank you Kameila, and my sister that I never knew I had…. Shaquille, I’m sorry for the spelling. But all were incredible and Carol and her staff are the best massage therapists ever!! From hi to bye, it was unbelievable friendliness from all the staff including the grounds keepers. "The property, people, beach and room at Pinapple Beach Club were excellent The issue was the food, the Restaurants were either closed?, or booked up, so we had to eat at the buffet every day which was OK for breakfast, but this was our 40th wedding anniversary. We did get a reservation at the Ochrid steak restuarant but had to pay an additional $100 to eat there and the Lobster was rubbery and cold It would have been nice to have pool and beach side drink service as well. It seemed the resort was under staffed and did not have enough people or they would rather you eat at the buffet to save them money The rooms, grounds and beach were fantastic so our only issue was getting a reservation at more than one restaurant during our stay to get the true upscale resort experience Curt and Beverly Bragg"

"The views from our room were amazing! The staff were all very helpful, and polite. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very big and nice. The shower was excellent! I think they need new towels, and if they are going to wash the guest clothes they should add fabric softener to give the clothes a nice smell. The clothes were clean, but no added fresh smell like at home."

"The Lover's Beach staff was amazing - from the guys at the water sports shack (Odell, Jensen, and Shaquille) to the bartender (Kerry Anne), they were our favs. SO friendly and we had some good laughs. Kertie at the sports bar was the best! We ended up playing cards with her most nights and just laughing and having a great time. The golf cart guys are so friendly and lovely. Wasn't a huge fan of the pool scene but we are pretty laid back. Rasta Beach wasn't our style either and it had red flags the whole time. The villa layouts are awesome and the food at both Portofino and Nicole's were perfect. The cafe is great for the morning and pizza amazing for lunch - wish we had just stuck to those places the entire week for food and avoided the buffets altogether. The layout of the resort and location are to die for! We would absolutely go back again. If I had any criticisms, it would be that the front desk experience was not at all welcoming until we got to the golf car driver who was amazing, the buffets were blah and made us feel sick."
