The location is great and the condo was thoughtfully appointed. Everything was organized, labeled and clean. The property management company was quick to respond when we reached out with a question.
My wife and I both loved staying here. It's exactly what we were hoping for at a very reasonable price. If you're looking to stay in Mammoth at a clean and well equipped location, then this is your place. We feel fortunate to have found it and will definitely want to stay here again.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Mammoth Lakes. The condo was very comfortable and centrally located. The kitchen also had everything that we needed. We will consider it again for future trips.
We lost our cat while we were there but with the help of the property manager and the neighbors, we were able to locate her before we headed home. Everyone was very friendly and caring.
Conveniently located to eateries and stores. Enjoyed the stay, but spent most of the day and early evening out and about. The place needs a new TV, the color is horrible and barely viewable. If you want a place to hangout and watch a movie in the evenings you'll want to find another place until they update it. Internet was reliable though.
Easy check-in but be aware of the late check-in time.

good although, no property manager to be seen on proprty and no return to my calls until two days later.
We stayed in Mammoth for our anniversary and enjoyed our time at this condo. Unit was as described. Unit was clean upon arrival. Easy check-in with code for front door. Spacious unit for our family of 3 and dog.
Bed was comfortable with memory foam topper. Pellet stove worked well to keep unit warm. Kitchen had most items you would need, including wine glasses. Dish soap and hand soap was provided. Bathroom has a spearate room with toliet and tub/shower in one and sink with large counter in another. This was helpful for our family. Communicate with company was quick and helpful. We needed more pellets for the stove.
Outside gate on the patio didnt latch so we didn’t spend time out there with our toddler and dog. We did not use the pull out sofa or additional cot. No baby items such as crib or high chair, but we didnt ask for these and were ok. Our toddler slept with us in the king bed, which is high off the ground.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Really happy to find dog friendly properties!
The unit was clean and spacious for a one bedroom. Kitchen was fully equipped. Location to old Mammoth area and green bus line was good. My only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable, way too soft.
The condo and host were very accommodating. Very spacious one bedroom with a desk/second monitor (for those of use who work remotely). The pellet fireplace was great! No need to use the heat
Very clean and cozy condo. Close to everything. Dog friendly was a great plus. Great snow removal of property on an epic storm weekend. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. Would recommend stay here. We will be back in the summer!
Perfect size for family of 3 +Pup. Got snowed in for a night & the prop mngr was more than helpful to accommodate us for another night at discounted rate. Great location right next to stop #43 to Eagle lodge. Great place only complaint is needs a TV in bedroom otherwise👍🏼
The condo is a little bit tired & could use some TLC. Also, the comment about the new mattress is misleading as it’s a topper and not a whole new mattress. Property management was great! The coffee maker died, not unusual, and we immediately got a replacement.

Place needs some work.
Place needs some work. The back door doesn’t work correctly. Screen door broken and did not close. The bed is old and very lumpy. Drawers in bed room broken and don’t open or close correctly. Chairs on patio should be replaced. Good location and facility.
Had a great (but too short) "3 day" wknd with my girlfriend and my pup. Didn't make it into town until 2am Friday night (so Sat. technically) but storm had not yet rolled in, roads were clear, and condo was relatively easy to find despite massively high snowbanks. Office entry room was open and lighted just as they said it wld be and envelope with our keys was marked and waiting for us. Even a map of the property was posted so we could see where to drive to.
Condo was downstairs and easy to find. Beautifully decorated and equipped. We used the kitchen to cook a little. Used the dryer and even the tv and Netflix Sat. night.
Crew seemed to do a pretty good job clearing snow in the parking lot and walkways as the storm started dumping snow on Saturday. We used the hot tub Sat. evening (only ones apparently), then awoke Sunday to a winter wonderland. My 75 lb shorthair weimaraner loved bounding through the powder like it was a bunch of clouds. The condo unit had a heavy duty snow shovel which I used for about 45 minutes to dig a path from our front door to the parking lot. Just as I was finishing tbe little Bobcat snowplow came and did the job properly and bit after that the bigger plows took care of the parking lot. We made it out by about 10:30, the extra time needed due to the 45 min. or so it took to get snow off my Tacoma sufficient to be driveable. On the 203 by 11:00 where we propmtly waited for about an hour and a half for a CHP escort down the first 5 miles or so of the 395 (storm was that gnarly).
Thanks for a grest stay. Wld def. want to come back and even stay at the same unit.
