The living area offers comfortable furnishings and a wood-burning stove. Nearby, there's a dining table alongside a sliding glass door leading out to one of two decks. Whip up quick snacks or full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, drawers and cabinets stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware, and an array of appliances including a range, microwave oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Get online with the complimentary WiFi, and enjoy your favorite shows on the two cable TVs. Both TVs have DVD players to personalize your movie nights, but don't forget the popcorn!

Shared laundry facilities are located on-site, and during the warmer months, you can fire up one of the community grills and have yourself a cookout! Please note that this complex is EXTREMELY NOT PET FRIENDLY. The HOA does not allow pets at this property. With regard to service animals, the HOA (not our company) requests visitors fill out forms 48 hours in advance - please reach out to Hidden Valley HOA for further information. Please note these are not our restrictions or requests, they are specific to this HOA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
