"It is a little far from everything, but worth the drive. Beautiful deck and view. Found house to be stocked with most everything we needed. I did have to call owner to find a light switch and she answered quickly and was very sweet. I recommend this house if you want to get away . If you are looking for night life this is not for you."

"This house was perfect for two families since there are two kitchens, and everybody had their own space. Although I would not recommend sleeping downstairs as you can hear every noise from the upstairs area."

"Terrific, clean spot with spectacular view of Nolin Lake from the porch. While a little long (40min) , the drive to the mammoth caves is beautiful, and the serenity of being on the lake is unmatched. Responsive and helpful hosts."

"The Redbird Hideaway is a beautiful place to unwind with family. We drank out coffee each morning on the covered porch listening to birds. It was cozy without being crowded and close enough to mammoth cave and lake nolin for us to get some hiking and fishing in during our stay. Highly recommend."

"We stayed 4 nights at this cute house for spring break with our 2 teens. House was very comfortable, peaceful and well maintained. It’s close to lots of activities — visited Bowling Green for the Corvette Museum and Lost River Cave, antiquing in cute towns like Franklin and Hidden Cave and Museum in Horse Cave, and Hiking and fishing in at Barren River Lake. Our son found geodes and the redbuds were in bloom! So much to do! Only downside was we couldn’t get any channels on TV except Amazon prime...
