9.2/10 Wonderful! (168 reviews)
Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (766 reviews)
We were a family of 4 - 2 teenagers and we had a good amount of space for Japan standards. Rooms were clean, washing machine/dryer was great as I could put the washing on as we went out for the day and when we got back it was fully dry. Lawsons and 7-11 super close which was probably the teenagers favourite lace to try all the different things. Staff very helpful. Around a 10 min walk (max) to the train station, which had a great choice of trains to get you wherever you were going. Overall would definitely recommend

"Really enjoyed my overnight stay at this location. After a 2 week vacation my flight to the US departed from Tokyo and had no plans to travel far from the airport. I did book a massage in the Elle Spa which was terrific. With little energy I walked through the food court and managed to get a salad, ..."
