"There was not a single thing I could find fault with this hotel. Immaculate decor everywhere with high end fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel and its rooms. Only a very short walk to the U-bahn and other trains made it a fantastic place to have as a base to get around Berlin. Definitely recommend this place!"

"There is no registration desk, no well-informed staff to help travelers. Check-in is contact-free - at a computer kiosk. You have to enter your passport number etc, then process a card (from a stack of cards by the kiosk) to get your key card. A long process if you are jet lagged. The room was clean and small, but dark with a lot of black including black drapes, furniture, lampshades. Too dark for me. The best thing is location close to main train station. Breakfast appeard to be overpriced - we ate at the train station."

"Room linen had a bit of dust. I had to take my allergy spray. Room was clean but even when we moved the curtains we could see lot of dust particles. Worth giving a thought about this issue. We asked for a kettle and Alexandria kindly assisted us straight away. Except that dust issue, we enjoyed the stay. "

"Barely any wear-and-tear on the rooms, but the bedside light fixtures were not working. Breakfast buffet is highly varied, with options catering to any dietary restriction. On-site restaurants and bars are convenient and offer great dining options."
