Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. "Room was good, especially the fact it had working a/c and was spacious. Staff were friendly and clean water was available downstairs to fillup when required, with the restaurant, good location within walking distance to kandy city center, and being on the main road so you could hail tuk-tuks if needed, everything you needed was there. Would stay here again if in Kandy, does not have the Radisson level of opulence but for value for money this is the best place i have stayed at, for a Westerner here to experience culture as opposed to live it up this is perfect"
