The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding service, excellent location, and a beautiful property. "I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them. "

"This was by far the highlight of our trip. The gentleman that greeted us at the front desk was so kind, warm, positive and inviting. We wish we stayed longer just to be in such an inviting atmosphere. We really needed that positivity with how all other plans were turning out. We really appreciated the hospitality, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, food was good, location was ideal. Overall stay 12/10. We hope to be back! "
