Excellent breakfast

The front desk staff is terrific and were welcoming and accommodating. The small lobby is comfortable with a modern vibe. The complimentary wine hour is a nice touch. Our room was average at best. It is the typical size of European hotel rooms with basic amenities. The room cleaning service was hit or miss. On our second day we received one bath towel and the garbage bin in the bathroom disappeared. The complimentary team and coffee was replaced on occasion. The last day dirty coffee cups were left in the room. The WiFi service didn’t work in our room for 2 days. This is not a big deal unless you were trying to catch up with work. SP34 is in a good location. The Skt Peders Bageri (bakery) down the street is wonderful and a must visit. The Metro is a few minutes away and we found interesting restaurants nearby. I rate SP34 as average. The staff made the stay pleasant. If we return to Copenhagen we would opt to upgrade our hotel and stay elsewhere

Great and cool location and amazing staff

Excellent hotel from every angle. New and modern with a cool restaurant and bar. Staff are friendly and provide great service. Rooms were really lovely too

My heart sank when I got off the elevator and had the suite right by the elevator but to my surprise and delight, the room was a quiet, well organized oasis. Great location had you just about anywhere you wanted to be in under 15 minutes on foot or transit. It was small but mighty comfortable. One note - the bed was only accessible on one side which wasn’t an issue for a solo traveller but expect it would have been very awkward if my party of one was two.
