Good location and service

Very convinient location to centrum and Malmöhus in walking distance. Have their own parking garage is an absolute plus and there is ICA just 2min walking distance. We have a room with kitchenett, so easy to prepare breakfast ourselves. Stuffs are very helping. It's a nice stay!

Great hotel for family of five, great breakfast!

Loved this hotel, the location and breakfast service were both superb! We're a family of five, and not only did they have a room with beds for all five of us, but they had the beds all set up and ready for us. Also appreciated the in-room kitchenette. Highly recommend.

The included breakfast was excellent and provided the energy one needed for the rest of the day. The rooms were big and handled our large family very well. There was a nice area for kids to play.

Clean, comfortable room, polite and helpful staff - thank you! One tiny complaint - there was a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee. Of course, we were able to go out and buy some, but it would have been nice, arriving in the room late in the evening, not to have to go out again to pick some up.

Modern hotel, great service but some traffic noise

Good central location. Staff were excellent as was the breakfast. The room was modern with a useful kitchen in the room. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice included in the price. Sadly there was a lot of traffic noise late at night.

Just a 15 min walk from Malmo Central station and in the tourist area. Great for price, air conditioned, kettle, fridge and microwave in room. It’s not 5 star, but clean, comfortable and has everything you need at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend and return if in Malmo again. I used it as a base for going to Copenhagen, which is just a 30min train ride away. As a female solo traveller, felt quite safe in this area

Another Good Experience with Scandic

We'd stayed in Scandic hotels prior to this stay while on our excursion to Scandinavia and found this one in Malmö to be almost as good as the one in Copenhagen. The room was comfortable, shower was great, location was convenient and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Such variety and quality of breakfast foods isn't something I find all that often. It was a welcome surprise.

A lovely family stay

We stayed as a family in a 5 person family room. This is a great option if you have 3 kids. We had a very nice stay at Scandic Malmo City. The room was spacious and clean. Our favorite part was the free breakfast. For the cost of the room, There were so many options to choose from and they were awesome accommodating food allergies for gluten or dairy. The lounge area does have limited food service but it’s quite limited so don’t expect a normal restaurant except for the breakfast. You have to “book” a breakfast time and room cleanings. My advice is, if you have flexibility, book your breakfast when more spots are open since it will be less crowded. Great location in the city. It’s easily walkable to many things to do in Malmo.

Another Good Scandic Experience

We'd stayed in Scandic hotels prior to this stay while on our excursion to Scandinavia and found this one in Malmö to be almost as good as the one in Copenhagen. The room was comfortable, shower was great, location was convenient and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Such variety and quality of breakfast foods isn't something I find all that often. It was a welcome surprise. We changed rooms during the stay as our son was heading back to his summer internship elsewhere. Both rooms were just fine.
