It's a perfect place for those who work from home and stay for a long period (over a week or so)! You have a good Wifi connection in your room as well as comfortable common spaces. A studio is equipped with a real kitchen with kitchen utensils, a microwave, a dishwasher and a portable electric cooking plate. You can park your bike and wash clothes as you live. I also like the reception is open 24/7 with a human.

Perfect solution for a multi-day stay in Malmö. -the appartment included all the things you need (cooking utensils, dishwasher, freezer, towels) - city center was okay to reach by foot - Great TV system because you could easily cast from your own device - nice and helpful staff at the front desk - overall very clean, modern, practical and friendly

The rooms are well appointed, comfy, excellent for any short break. Unity Malmö whilst not "central" is located on the number 3 circular bus route which connects to Malmö Central Station and Malmö Castle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard Scandinavian fair but plentiful. Highly recommended for any stay in Malmö.

Stayed here for 3 nights while sightseeing in Malmö. I stayed in a single room which was nice and spacious. It had its own little kitchen, dining table, a decent sized bed and a nice bathroom. Overall, the hotel was quiet and clean and had extra amenities available to guests such as a gym, laundry, library ect. Nice little place to stay if you plan on being in the area for a few days or months. Staff were helpful and super kind!

Wonderful experience. My first completely solo trip abroad and I was so relaxed staying at Unity. The studio room was fully equipped with everything I could have needed. The breakfast was great and service was amazing. Would recommend for anyone doing a longer stay.

Hotel is good itself very quiet and calm downstairs lounge/bar. Rooms need to be soundproofed as at night you can hear all of your neighbours pillows should be changed from time to time because been just used and very basic toiletries it's nice to have shampoo conditioner or body lotion in the rooms
