Moment Hotels across the street from Mamö Central station continues to be my only preferred stay location while at Malmö. Clean and functional rooms at reasonable rate, convenient location, friendly and efficient staff, as well as an excellent included breakfast give me no reason to look anywhere else.

Friendly staff , great breakfast, very centrally located (opposite to central station) Washroom are bit tiny but the room is worth the price you pay. They also arrange locker room for your luggages after checkout.

Very friendly and welcoming personnel, a tidy room with a thoughtful design. Amazing view from the window and absolutely no noise. The location and price for such great service make this hotel the best choice one can make. I would happily give it 6 out of 5 stars.

It was the perfect location to everything and although the room was small it was nice and clean. Breaking buffet was great with a lot of options and again nice and clean. Staff was helpful and available when needed.

Fabulous stay and great breakfast!

The staff at the breakfast work so hard to put out a beautiful spread. Although there is no hot food everything was fresh and delicious and they would do it with a smile every day! I asked about vegan butter and was kindly offered vegan cheese as well. Thanks breakfast staff you were the nicest folks ever!

The room was clean, but the heating was on max so it was hot upon arrival. As a room without a window, bringing the temperature down took a little while but it got there. Good noiseproofing, but the bed was a little too soft for my taste. Bathroom was ok, small but functional. The hotel is very close to the railway station, which is very practical when you need to catch a very early flight in CPH for example. They had a little breakfast bag ready for me whe I left before 4am. The price was ok.

We were initially given a room on the top floor (6th) with the double bed against the wall and the bottom of the bed touching the other wall. This meant that if my husband wanted to use the bathroom in the night, he would either have to climb over me to get out of my side or wake me up to get out so he could then get out. A helpful receptionist showed us the only alternative room which we accepted as although it was also against the wall, there was space at the foot of the bed for him to slide down the bed to exit it from the bottom. Had this configuration of a double room been shown on the website, we would not have booked this hotel. On the plus side, the bed itself was comfortable and the included breakfast was excellent.

It’s not the first time for me to stay in this hotel and this hotel has an ideal location for me since I always stay there for business purposes however, not all the are serviced minded , also the bed was way too soft , it felt like I was sleeping on a water mattress, barely slept anything and woke up with headache and back pains and also the issue with pillows (way too soft) also I asked for late check out for 12:00 and they proposed a late check out for 200 sek until 13:00 and then they only gave me late check out until 11:30 which is not good though , also when a guest checks out you better ask “how was your stay” but that never happened l!

I really really liked this hotel - good roomrates, near station and old town, nice interior, clean rooms. The only minus was the was no way to open the window and get in fresh air. I arrived in winter and the heater had been blaring all day so way to hot to sleep and with carpents on the floor, I really needed fresh air. Breakfast was great, Staff was great...
