"Great location & easy check-in! We enjoyed our room and the beautiful inn! Improvements would be: communication - we did not see a single person who works there the entire stay and no response to inquiries. For example, we had a great jacuzzi tub but could not use it as there was no plug, Door to balcony was blocked and could not open. Laundry was always full of inn towels and sheets. Side doors were left open, so security was limited. Despite these things, we most likely would stay again!"
