We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. They also have a swimming pool and a bar. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of cold and hot options. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They recommended a delicious tapas restaurant nearby for our dinner. We will definitely go back there soon!

They could not give us a room upgrade, as none was available, but gave us free breakfast instead. This is a magnificent hotel, the staff are amazing, and go out of there to help you. I would strongly recommend Hotel Bascila.

Lovely clean hotel in Palma. Very convenient to walk into town and see all the major sights. Short walks to bus stops including the A1 to the airport. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by too. The thing that really made this stay good though was the staff and in particular Miguel. Nothing was too much trouble and he has that rare ability to make you feel special; like he is going just a little bit further for you than everyone else even though I'm sure he does the same for all his guests. Thank you and the next time we come to Palma, this is where we will be staying.

Really friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast! Really stylish design, perfect place to relax for a few days. Nice rooftop area with small pool - lovely views, great for an evening drink to watch the sunset! Highly recommend staying here

Incredibly clean, super comfy, beautiful rooms and public areas. Staff spoke great English and were very friendly. Lovely location in old town. Nothing to fault and highly recommend. Small rooftop terrace and plunge pool an extra luxury.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, 10/10 for interior design! The staff were so friendly too, the hotel is in a great position right in the old town but not on an Uber busy street. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Hotel Basilica - Perfect.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was exceptional. We received a warm welcome on arrival with a glass of champagne whilst we completed the paperwork. A full description of the facilities and services available was given before we made our way to our fantastic room. The location was perfect, a short walk from all tourist attractions and shops / bars. We had an excellent breakfast each morning of our stay with plenty to choose from, either hot or cold. The service was brilliant, nothing was too much effort. On our departure day, we arrived back at the hotel soaked following torrential rainfall. They immediately provided towels and coffee which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Palma.

I really love this hotel. The inside is gorgeous and sunset on the roof pool was beautiful! Our room was very large and spacious unlike most hotels, and the bed very comfortable. It was also very clean. The hotel itself felt very walkable to and from each place we visited. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, truly making it a wonderful experience! I’d especially like to give an extra Thank You to the hotel manager who was absolutely wonderful!

Great hotel, fantastic smiley team & fab location!
Fantastic stay - with wonderful, kind & conscientious staff who made our mini-moon super special! Over the course of the last few days we enjoyed both a terrace room & a suite - stunning decor, great aircon & lots of space. The welcome on arrive was wonderful - another reason we decided to extend our trip. Location is perfect - near enough to the main squares it’s a few mins walk, but far enough away that you get lots of peace & quiet. Stunning views over the city to the cathedral, basilica & sea front! Recommend!!

I’ve just returned from my visit to the hotel and has a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautifully clean, the staff really welcoming and get to know their guests on an individual basis - I really enjoyed my stay there and am already planning a return trip.

Had a wonderful stay - the staff were so considerate and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, our room had a lovely layout and facilities. The pool was great to chill out in on a hot day. Breakfast choices were varied and delicious. I would love to stay here again if we return to Palma.

A fantastic hotel
An amazing hotel, probably the best we've ever stayed at. From the extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to help with every request we had, to the great location and facilities. The breakfast was delicious too (unfortuntely we only had it towards the end of our trip). It was our first time in Mallorca and we will definitely return next year and stay here again.

Hotel Basilica is a gem of a place. Great location, quiet and safe street close to all the bustle of Palma. But it is the staff that makes this hotel truly special. Miguel and Alex greeted us on arrival , gave us a welcome drink and sat with us to answer any questions and give us information on Palma. They were always on hand to book activities and give us advice.Thank you Alex for your patience with my 23 year old daughter whilst she kept changing her mind on what to do in Palma!! Hotel is gorgeous, rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean. Housekeeping are brilliant. Beds and air con (very quiet) are excellent. Drinks on the roof top is a must. The views are stunning and even though it is small up there we could always get a sun bed. Thank you to all your team and we will definitely be back to stay. We loved it!!!!!

Great Hotel!
Great stay in a great part of the city. The staff there were amazing! Roof top pool a little small but still lovely. Would stay again.
