The only minor issue we had was when they said they put us on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, only stairs. That's a problem for my wife but upon explaining that, they were able to re-assign us to a 1st floor room."

We were out dawn to after dark most days or popping in and out so didn’t need much space. Quick responses from Ann to any questions. Very specific directions to find it off Highway 20 - only time I missed the turn was when I was watching Pronghorns in a field just north of the turnoff. "
