El hotel está bien ubicado, frente a la playa, al final del paseo que se extiende desde Santa Susana. La habitación, moderna, acogedora y muy limpia. El servicio desde la recepción hasta el restaurante pasando por el bar, excelente. La comida tanto en el desayuno como la cena, variada y de calidad.

Satisfaisant dans l'ensemble.

hotel trouvé facilement grâce au GPS. Check in rapide. Acceuil chaleureux. Chambre standard correct (petit frigo appréciable) et balcon avec vue sur mer. Grand Parking situé à 1 min de l'hotel, peu de places dispos car ce parking est pour tous les hotels autour. Piscine spacieuse avec nombreux transat. Par contre clients qui laissent leur serviette sur transat alors qu'ils ne sont même pas là juste pour se réserver une place, en 5 jours pas de nettoyage de la piscine ! fond sale avec branches et feuilles, sable, sans parler des huiles et crêmes des clients. sans masque ou lunette ça va mais avec on constate l'horreur avec pleins de particules qui flottent dans l'eau. Pas de chlore, c'est du brôme donc ça pique pas les yeux. Salle de musculation minimaliste, 1 seul machine combo, 1 banc à abdos, 1 barre, 2 althères avec disques, peu de poids. Pas de banc plat. pas de clim dedand donc on transpire beaucoup. Option petit dej inclu, buffet avec pas mal de choix, nourriture de bonne qualité. Ferme à 10h un peu tôt à mon goût. 1 billard dans la salle du hall, payant !! 2 euros et impossible de jouer tard le soir, lumières du hall et des salles de l'hôtel éteintes. Hôtel est très bien situé, en sortant, gauche et droite plusieurs restos et magasins fermant pour certain assez tard. Un bar à chicha juste à côté était ouvert jusqu'à 03h du mat. La plage en face de l'hôtel est très ouverte donc sujette aux vents, l'eau y est plus salé qu'à Lloret de Mar. pas de douches sur plage.

Chambre vue mer ok mes vraiment petite Le buffer bas de gammes c la 1ere fois que je vois un buffer aussi nul pensions complète . clime marche pas a moin de 26 degré bcp de personnes âgée on dirait une maison de retraite il y a une forte odeur dans cette hotel Franchement je le conseille pas de plus vraiment trop cher 2 nuit 300e sa les vos pas du tout mes du tout juste enface de hotel il y a les égouts qui coule a la mer sa pue train qui passe tout les 10 minute car bien sur le train passe juste en bas de l hotel non Franchement je suis tres decu

Hôtel parfait

Excellent séjour l’accueil est parfait, souriant, cordial. La chambre est parfaite, une vue mer magnifique avec une petite terrasse avec table et chaises, la literie très bonne, la salle de bains moderne douche à l’italienne etc changement des serviettes chaque jour. Le ménage chaque jour est bien fait et le service d’étage est souriant aussi. Du petit déjeuner au dîner, c’est l’excellence. Repas variés de très bonne qualité. Le service est aussi. La piscine d’une taille raisonnable est très bien et suffisante avec des transats et un service de bar toujours souriant. Un séjour en tout point parfait où nous aimons revenir chaque année

Si mangia bene anche se un po' troppo condito ,tranne che per la colazione in cui c'è poco dolce rispetto al salato e quello che c'è è di qualità scarsa . Molto vicino al mare ,pulizia buona ,personale gentile e disponibile . La camera non ha frigo bar ( camera standard ) e il bagno ha vasca con tenda molto scomoda , invece che box doccia . Riguardo al confort , la camera andrebbe un po' rinnovata nell'acquisto di mobili più confortevoli .....Presenza di 2 letti da una piazza e mezza con materasso comodo , cuscini scomodissimi . Nel complesso tutto sommato lo consiglierei .

Prachtig hotel, prijs meer dan waard.

Ruime net gerenoveerde kamer op het 5de verdiep met prachtig uitzicht op zee, zeer netjes, frigo, airco, vrij harde matras, uitgebreid buffet ontbijt, vriendelijk meertalig personeel, de trein tussen hotel en strand is bijna niet hoorbaar met gesloten ramen. Dit hotel is een aanrader.

El personal es lo mejor que tiene, súper amables,atentos,serviciales,etc... les gusta su trabajo y eso se hace notar con los clientes, un 10! A destacar el chico que nos atendió al llegar que hizo lo imposible para que pudiéramos entrar a comer habiendo llegado tarde y comedor cerrando y al servicio del comedor que son estupendos también, sobre todo el señor moreno y la señora rubia que nos atendieron los 2 días que estuvimos. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sonnst alles OK. WIFI und Kühlschrank waren kostenlos. Das Menu-- sehr gut! Personal -- sehr gut. Strand-- fast immer frei. Fazit: das Zimmer könnte bischen größer sein deswegen nur 9/10.

Un plus serait le bien venu!

Très bon endroit, bonne nourriture mais faudrait peut-être indiquer les sortes de nourritures au buffet, et aussi pour le parking privé de l'hôtel l'enseigne est mal placée au lieu de le mettre au mur à l'intérieur ,faudrait le placé sur la porte coulissante plus voyant car des portes de garage c'est pas ce qui manque là-bas. Et aussi ce qui est un peu dommage on vous donne le plan a la réception à votre arrivée puis démerdez vous!!!! Un dernier petit bémol, la terrasse jamais nettoyée sur 11 jours de vacances, mais par contre le bas a la réception et à la salle du bar fait tous les jours ainsi que les fenêtres , bon cachet pour les clients du soir dommage!!!!!!!!

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit im Hotel Rosa Nautica. Das Buffet war super, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Sehr freundliches Personal! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Misleading

The room was nothing like the pictures advertised on your website. It was tiny and very basic, I would not have booked this hotel knowing the room was so small.
