"Every member of staff were friendly, helpful and engaged. The hotel was well designed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Convenient for the train into Barcelona or just the beach, the room was simple but clean, and the pool area great with enough sun loungers for all. The food for breakfast and dinner was varied, well cooked and good quality. Another mention for the restaurant staff, they were super and efficient. Would stay again without hesitation"

"A very well maintained hotel. We arrived a bit early and our rooms were already available which allowed us to checkin a bit earlier. Rooms were clean upon arrival and serviced everyday. We were on a half board and there was an excellent choice of food at breakfast and dinner with choices changing every day. Pool was great for the kids and location was very close to the beach too. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The furnishings were even worse than described. She used cutlery with wooden handles, which smelled so disgusting that we concluded there was already mold in it. The sleeping space and the furnishings themselves were quite okay. In the end, there were problems with the deposit, and they accused me of breaking a door, which wasn't the case, And in the end, we only got a third of our deposit back. "Très bon séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Emplacement Top, aménagement très bien, propreté très bien, personnel très agréable. Un très bon séjour en famille. Quelques points méritent une petite amélioration : - Animation : moyen, il y a surement mieux à faire pour la journée - soucis des ascenseurs parfois très très long selon les horaires. Merci Alba Seleqtta pour nos très bonnes vacances !"

"A charming, comfortable stay in a great location I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is very clean and has a traditional character that I really liked—it adds to the charm and atmosphere of the place. Despite the very hot weather outside, the room temperature was perfect. It was comfortable and well maintained, with a pleasant ambient temperature without feeling overly cold from the air conditioning. The location is excellent, very close to the station and also very close to the beach. I especially loved having a balcony—it made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was also very easy and straightforward. I was surprised by some of the reviews saying that it was complicated. In my experience, it was simply the normal modern process of online check-in, and everything went smoothly. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend the hotel. Don’t be put off by the reviews about check-in—it was easy and hassle-free for me."

"The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around £480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around £300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."
