Amazing property. Staff and front desk were super nice and courteous. One thing I didn’t realize is you’d have to stay there for a minimum 3 nights to dine at one of their fine restaurants. Other than that, the buffet food was amazing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, we had a great experience and would come back if we chose to!

The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I had a sea view room and the morning sunrise was incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

Went as a quick birthday trip. It’s a really nice hotel, modern and calming decor with breathtaking view of the sea. We had a room with a sea view which was lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was really nice with plenty of options. It was hard to get a reservation at the a la carte restaurants but we didn’t mind as much given that the main restaurant was really good. The grounds are really big and plenty of options to Lounge. Highly recommend and would go again!

Rooms, food, staff and on site gym excellent. Nothing around the hotel apart from small pebble beach but difficult to get in and out of the sea due to slippery rock surface. There is a bus schedule but bus didn’t arrive on the day we chose and round trip to Heraklion cost €100 in a taxi. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurants at the hotel. It felt like a bit of a scam to get you to spend extra on alcohol when the food wasn’t of a higher quality than the excellent all inclusive buffet. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and will visit again.

The only good things about the resort are the staff who tirelessly keep it running smoothly, and are super friendly; and the location which has nice views. There's a small public beach nearby as well. Everything else was average at best. The food gave my partner food poisoning on our last night there. Our room had a very inconvenient layout. The toilet was right behind the bed's headboard with no exhaust or ventilation - and you cannot flush TP at this resort. We got spa services which were quite nice and again, the staff was great, but the spa area itself smelled bad and was not very clean. We stayed at multiple other smaller hotels in Greece and had much much better experiences. I would avoid this resort unless you're absolutely sold on the all inclusive idea. The pictures of the amenities and common areas are a lot nicer than their condition in real life.

I have very mixed feelings about the holiday. The hotel was nice, but our room wasn't. The private pool was full of flies and other insects and was tiny. There is no separate bathroom, it's all quite open plan which wasn't pleasant at times. The staff were lovely, especially Sofia in the bar, Paloma in the restaurant (very professional, hard-working and lovely) and Maria from the shop (amazing, kind, lovely woman). The food was also amazing (particularly the desserts which were incredible). But there was no air-conditioning in the main parts of the hotel except for the main bar, which didn't work when the bar was open because all the doors were open. The air-con in our room was good, thank god. Travellers should also be aware that the hotel is built on a cliff and there is only one lift in the whole complex so mostly, it is stairs (a lot of them) and slopes. Terrible if you have mobility issues. The swimming pool and sun-lounge area was also an issue. Sun beds and loungers were full right from sun-up till sun-down. Despite signs on them to say that people could not put towels on them and then disappear, this happened all the time and nobody rectified it. Suffice to say, we were pool-less for the entire holiday. Very mixed review. The views were stunning, the sea was crystal clear, the food was lush and the staff were lovely. But I don't understand how this is listed as a 5-star hotel. It is a 3-star by the standard of the rooms. £3500 wasted.
