The reception staff very nice, the pool huge, nice gardens. Good breakfast, but we had to leave for the ferry early. The rooms need updating, no hot water. Beds were comfortable & had warm blankets, as it was cool. For the money ok. We were glad to find this place as hotels were full due to ferry cancelation.

staff was super nice!!!!!!!! the two ladies at the reception, who manage the hotel are adorable!!!!! princess cat is the perfect guardian of the hotel :p the hotel is clean, pool with music & bar :) minus on the cleaning lady who knocks on the door everyday, even when u say to don t do it cuz u can t sleep. wifi was ok honestly!!!!!! super next to the beach, and lots of restaurants, pool bar, shops!

Great location and staff

This hotel was in a great location central to everything you needed. Very good value for money! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast provided. Very lovely pool! Room wasn't flash but had the basic necessities which was all we needed, and for the price was excellent!

klein familiehotel, okee prijs - kwaliteit

Familiehotel is verouderd (jaren '70) , wacht op renovatie (bijvoorbeeld stuccen kamers) en met kleine aanpassingen (bijvoorbeeld een koffiemachine) zou het stuk moderner ogen maar als je daar doorheen kijkt, is het verblijf naar verwachting gezien de prijs. Het zwembad is fijn, schoon. Ontbijt is steeds het zelfde maar goed genoeg, brood is vers , er is fruit en heerlijke Griekse yoghurt, wat wil je nog meer. Bedden niet al te goed, kamers worden elke dagen keurig schoon gemaakt. Het is inderdaad heel dichtbij het strand. Na de eerste teleurstelling van het strand recht tegenover het hotel (niet schoon) , bleek dat 200 meter richting Heraklion prima strand met ligbedden (gratis) en goede taverna.
