We like the location. We drove a car, the parking is inside the facility so it is convenient and safe. My room is clean with good view. The hotel restaurant is very good. Our only complain is the AC in room. You have to ask the front desk to turn it on through their computer system and even after this step, the AC unit didn’t work well. We could bear it at the beginning of July but hardly image the same situation in the rest of summer time.

Posizione fantastica vista mare e vista fiume. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione abbondante, inclusi prodotti gluten free. Ampia terrazza dove prendere I sole ed ammirare il panorama.

Erste Nacht: wir mußten in ein anderes Hotel, da unser gebuchtes Zimmer belegt war. Nächster Morgen bis ca. 10:30 Uhr warten, bis wir ins Zimmer konnten. Da wir schlechtes Wetter hatten, wäre eine funktionierende Heizung schön gewesen. Nach 3-maligem Erinnern tat sich nichts. In der Dusche kam nur kaltes oder heißes Wasser. In der letzten Nacht half ein "Silenzio"-ruf leider nichts, daß wir nachts um 2 Uhr nach Hause gefahren sind.

Gerne wieder

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben einen Zwischenstopp von Elba zurück nach Deutschland eingelegt und trotz der Nähe zur Straße und der Lage außerhalb von Malcesine (ca. 4 km) ruhig gewohnt. Frühstücksbuffet war klasse, das Personal unkompliziert, flexibel und sehr freundlich 👍👍 Die Reise mit Hund war absolut perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Klasse günstiges Hotel mit super Gastronomie

Das Hotel liegt ganz im Süden der Stadt. Somit ist man auch weit weg von dem Tourismuskrach. In Cassone gibt es 3 Pizzerien wovon aus unserer Sicht nur die direkt gegenüber dem Hotel super ist. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr nett. Mit der Buchung usw. hat alles prima geklappt. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber und für 2 Sterne mit Föhn. Das Essen dort ist einfach nur Spitze. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Struttura datata ma pittoresca, la camera non era pulita, copriletto macchiato, molte ragnatele.La colazione un po povera. Consiglio il ristorante , abbiamo mangiato molto bene , la posizione è fantastica.

Bellissima sorpresa

Abbiamo trascorso un bel weekend in questo hotel. Bellissima la posizione affacciata sul fiume aril (175 m.). Ottima l'accoglienza. Camera e bagno piccoli ma funzionali e puliti. Terrazzo stupendo. Cena buona ed abbondante ed uguale la colazione. Direi perfetto.

Mi aspettavo un po' di meglio dalla struttura,avevo prenotato una quadrupla per errore invece che una doppia con cena compresa allo stesso prezzo,che non ho potuto modificare, alla fin fine con la scusa che una camera era già pronta e ci serviva,ci hanno dato la doppia senza dirci nulla,per correttezza lo poteva anche dire!

Could be great with some TLC

This hotel has some great thongs going for it....fabulous location, outdoor eating area, free parking on site. The things that bring their rating down...no AC, unfriendly staff (except for the manager who was super nice), noisy at night, because the rooms face the outside eating area. Staff smokes right in front of customers in the dining area, don't greet you when they see you, and are very busy having one-on-one conversations with themselves rather than answering our questions. We have stayed in Lake Garda several times before and this hotel was a big disappointment.

Terrible Service

They treated me very badly I booked in with my card reservation 11 months before my stay had confirmation etc. 10 hours before my flight I got a message to say they were overbooked via hotel.com. The hotel never answered my emails. I was left with landing in Italy with no where to stay anywhere near my real destination.

Nettes kleines Hotel

Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem kleinen netten Hotel und hatten einen tollen Blick von unserem Zimmer auf den See. Das Hotel liegt etwas zurück von der Straße und ist daher ruhiger wie gedacht. Zu dem Hotel gehören kostenlose Parkplätze und ein kleiner Fluss in einem romantischen Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ok. Zu dem Hotel gehört ein Restaurant mit einem romantischen Außenbereich. Das Essen war dort lecker - leider war der Service sehr schlecht. Wir mussten 30 Minuten auf unsere Bedienung warten. obwohl wir in dieser Zeit mehrfach auf uns Aufmerksam gemacht haben. Einige Gäste gingen dann auch wieder, da auch sie nicht beachtet worden sind.

grazioso hotel a 5 minuti dal centro di Malcesine.

Hotel dotato di comodo parcheggio, indispensabile quando si visita il Lago di Garda, a 5 km dal centro di Malcesine. Struttura di poche camere , ben tenuto, personale estremamente gentile, ristorante di elevato standing. Graziosa la vista sul piccolo fiume che scorre nella proprieta'. l'hotel e' dotato di biciclette e c'e' una comoda pista ciclabile che collega Cassone con Malcesine, quest'ultima assolutamente da visitare!

Tag vor Abreise Buchung fehlgeschlagen!

Leider können wir keine Beurteilung für das Hotel abgeben da wir von Expedia einen Tag vor der Abreise ein e-mail erhalten haben, dass unsere Buchung fehlgeschlagen ist!!! Wir haben am 29.9. nochmals die Reisebestätigung von Expedia für unser Hotel erhalten. Am 1.10. fuhren wir los da wir die mails nicht mehr gecheckt hatten. Wer glaubt schon einen Tag vorher könnte noch mit der Buchung was schief gehen? Im Hotel waren sie sehr freundlich und bemüht nachdem sie keine Unterlagen von uns fanden und suchten ein Ersatzhotel für uns da sie komplett ausgebucht waren!! Alles sehr ärgerlich gewesen!!

Hübsches Hotel in Nähe zum See

Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Hotel sehr sauber, nur etwas kleine Duschkabine, ansonsten alles Top. Unser Zimmer war sogar mit Balkon. Service war sehr freundlich und Restaurant nur zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Despite the local dogs that seem to contend all night, Hotel Cassone -on the shortest river in europe, which seems to begin at the hotel and flow 100m into lake Garda - was all in all a lovely place to stay. Cassone itself has a boutique feel to it as it is just a little village, dominated by Simeone's hotel. we had a clean, well appointed if basic room (nobody in europe seems to 'get' pillows!) and a huge balcony with views of the diving ducks. Security is relaxed but good, wifi free and surprisingly solid for a place tucked into the mountains. there is an attached restaurant (no cover charge for guests) as you are a ways from anywhere else without a car at night. Solid breakfast fare and friendly staff made for a delightful little base to explore the more heavily touristed Garda towns.

Hübsches kleines Hotel in Strandnähe

Das Hotel befindet sich an der Durchfahrtsstraße von Cassone aber nach hinten versetzt dadurch ist es ruhig. Die Zimmer sind schon älter, es fehlt aber an nichts und ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich. Die Küche ist hervorragend-sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr nettes Personal.

The first room was awful...

The room did not have aircondition, wifi, hairdryer, etc. as it is written in the description of the room. After a discussion with the hotel personnel, we managed to change the room after first sweaty night. And that room was as promised. By the way, aircondition did not included in the room price.
