The front desk staff were exceptional in their willingness to Go above And beyond to provide good customer service. The hotel obliged us on both arrival and departure with bag storage. The property is very beautiful especially the pool area and the views of The lake were stunning from our guest room. The breakfast, which was included was expansive and Very good. We rented bikes from the hotel for an entire day which added to our enjoyment of The area and neighboring cities. And when we were ready to leave to continue up the lake, the bus stopped immediately in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Malcesine.

Having stayed in the area many times this is by far the best hotel we have found. The hotel is quiet but very accessible for Malcesine via either the tourist bus or public buses. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was served on the terrace with amazing views. The pool bar served drinks, ice cream and a few sandwiches. Rooms were very clean. Only slightly odd thing was the balcony was shared which put us off sitting out on it but the site is big enough to not heed to. We will definitely be back.

So pleased we booked this hotel. You don’t have to be a tennis player to enjoy it! Hotel Club Olivi is set just outside of Malcesine so is not so frantically busy as the other central hotels and has gardens to walk around and enjoy. Having seen a lot of the other towns around Malcesine on the north east of the lake this town was the nicest with narrow cobbled streets, lots of interesting shops, a small port and plenty of restaurants . The castle is an added bonus and the scenery quite spectacular. A lot of the other hotels in other towns along this area of the lake are set right on the main road that runs alongside the lake so if you want to sunbath or swim you have to do it alongside a busy road. The area where the hotel is the main road is higher than the lakeside promenade (which runs along most of the lake on this side suitable for walking and cycling.) As the promenade is below the road at this point it’s more private and quiet with two wonderful restaurants overlooking the lake edge minutes from the hotel. To walk into Malcesine from the hotel will take you 30 minutes along this promenade but the views are so beautiful it’s a pleasure to walk. Alternatively you can do it safely and a lot quicker on the bikes available to hire from the hotel at just 7 Euro a day. The hotel is family run and everyone was exceptionally lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great with a great choice. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return.

Room was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable. Loads of space both in the room and bathroom. Nice partial lake view from the room/balcony. Breakfast was good and was kept topped up by staff. Seating outside under shades. Centre of Malcesine about 20-30 mins walk from the hotel along the lake.

Tolles Hotel abseits des Trubels. Zu Fuß sind Supermarkt, der See, tolle Restaurants und Malcesine schnell erreichbar. Der Blick auf den See und der große grüne Garten sind einfach toll. Ein Traum nicht nur für Tennisspieler. Toller Pool und super super freundliches Personal. Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits 2 x in diesem Hotel. Unser Zimmer unterm Dach war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und ordentlich. Unsere Suite war renoviert und ebenfalls sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat in beiden Zimmern super funktioniert und war sehr leise. Das Frühstück war lecker und man hatte eine tolle Auswahl.

Really loved this place. Very very clean, sizeable bedroom. Pool clean and large. Really liked how situated it was to Malsecine, about a ten minutes walk into town so you weren't in the busy section, but equally still nice pizzerias and bars nearby.
