The pillows provided are too soft so it would be good if they offer different options for pillows. The hotel is conveniently located near malls and is not far from Jonker street. "Overall we have an enjoyable stay at Hatten Hotel. We have booked sea view rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean. However there are issues in the 2nd bedroom with the shower and tv and all got fixed quickly upon informing the staff. The buffet breakfast has a big selection of Asian and western food. We are happy to return and stay here again. "
