"Lovely historical building, noisy, uncomfortable bed, coffee and tea , muffins same every day, no napkins, availabe in mezzanine. No refrigerator in rooms or coffee maker. Our room could use some work, broken arm chair, damage to wall. Unique!"

But because the 16 acres is otherwise so beautiful with a waterfall and stream running through it, I would give it another try in a year or two. "
