"The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was also reasonable for the price – clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the biggest issue is the location. The hotel is extremely far from the airport, so it really shouldn’t be described as an “airport hotel.” Even if you take the bus at night, you still have to walk quite a long distance before reaching the hotel, and the route can feel quite isolated and uncomfortable late at night. One thing that does deserve praise is that if you take the bus, the hotel can reimburse the bus fare if you ask at the front desk, which is a thoughtful and helpful gesture."

"Centrally located, not too far from a El Corte Ingles department store. Clean & functional accommodation. Good breakfast with something to suit all tastes. Was only there one night, so unfortunately never got an opportunity to try the spa area out. All told - a fine choice . "

"It located right opposite to La Isla station and airport bus stop just 8-10mins walk. 15mins walk to the beach which is awesome! Easy access to tourist attractions via bus or metro. Room is clean with adequate space for luggage (am staying in private upper hub). Kinda sound proof so I did enjoy my sleep. All rooms on the ground floor, no stairs to worry about. Open kitchen is simple yet you get all you would need. Fridge to store your own food, microwave, toaster and coffee machine etc. Staffs are extremely helpful and welcoming! Alway someone there round the clock. They managed to keep common area very spotless and tidy. "

"Modern hotel. Overall very good. Rooms adequate for short stay but bathroom small and glass partition meant not much privacy. Could have done with bedside table / drawers. Extra shower mat would have been useful, as washbasin in main room not the bathroom. "

"Room was advertised as accessible, it was not, it had apprx 6 steps that I found slippery. Bathroom was downstairs and ataira also didnt have illumination. I am not handicapped, but suffer a condition where this is "
