The Villa is incredibly run down, the grounds were unkempt, with weeds growing throughout the property, overgrown vegetation, and a general lack of maintenance.
Multiple members of our group seen RATS running across the garden on multiple occasions.
The images show multiple sun loungers, there is ONE broken dirty sun lounger- for a villa suitable for 8 people? Ridiculous.
Inside the villa, the property was poorly equipped for a holiday rental. There were no hand towels or bath mats/floor towels provided in the bathrooms, and the overall provision of amenities was limited to the bare minimum.
The general condition of the villa was extremely poor. Wallpaper was peeling away from walls, blinds were broken, dirty, and in many cases had holes in them. The overall visual appearance and condition of the property bore little resemblance to the photographs used to market it.
We were not permitted access some rooms, despite there being no mention whatsoever in the listing that part of the property would be unavailable to guests.
Overall, we are absolutely disgusted by the level of misrepresentation involved in this booking. We paid a substantial amount of money for what was advertised as a high-quality villa and instead arrived at a property that was run-down, poorly maintained, partially inaccessible, and materially different from the accommodation depicted in the listing.
