With a view of the mountains and the sea, the 400 m² this villa in Málaga is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 10 people. The villa features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), centralized air conditioning (available in the living area and bedrooms), a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a high chair are available upon request.

Bonita casa en Malaga
Pros: La casa es preciosa, muy grande y la localización a pocos minutos en coche del centro de Malaga. Me gustan las casas construidas con diseño moderno, y que no estén “hiperdecoradas”. Desde la azotea se ve toda la bahía de Malaga. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable, llena de plantas, así como un huerto de árboles frutales y ornamentales que dan la vuelta a la casa. Mobiliario de jardín nuevo y bonito.
El interior de la casa es también muy agradable, con un salón amplio con zona de comedor. Tiene 2 dormitorios en la planta baja (que es, en realidad la primera planta, ya que la configuración de la casa y la zona donde está situada, hace que la entrada esté a un nivel más bajo que la zona “habitada” de la casa)con grandes ventanas con vistas a esta zona residencial del Candado. En el piso superior se encuentra un enorme dormitorio también con grandes ventanales con vistas al mar. Dentro de la casa hay un ascensor privado
Cons: No hay nada que no me haya gustado de la casa.
Respecto a la ubicación, es una zona residencial bonita. Echamos en falta alguna panadería o supermercado más cercano, que no precisara ir en coche, aunque las calles son muy empinadas, no muy propicias para pasear.

Cons: Zwei der Schlafzimmer kann man nur durch ein gemeinsames Bad betreten. Das geht eigentlich nur für Familien. Nicht für befreundete Gruppen.

Great Villa perfectly located
Amazing property that had everything you would need for a holiday stay. Situated perfectly for us and meant we wanted for nothing the entire stay. Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully be booking again next year.
