Great staff and crowds of all ages. However despite the quite hours starting from 10pm some guest couldn’t read the sign and thought it was nice to open and snack on bag of chips till 1 in the morning. Add in all the curtain swipe and zippers and you’ll know. €5 for dinner was a bargain.

Everything was nice in my opinion. However the Breakfast and Dinner could be cheaper, or the portions larger. Expecting 5 Euros for a tiny bowl of couscous was wild tbh. But thats the only problem I had with the hostel. Everyone was kind, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. And the most important part - A/C worked in the room. Thanks for the nice experience

The staff are very helpful in pointing you to local attractions. The continental breakfast is reasonable for 2 EUR and coffee is complimentary. The screens on the beds aren't perfect, but they work as well as can be expected. It was busy, but quiet at night while I was here. Overall, a good stay.

You are on your own here.

Have stayed here over the years without any problems, but this time around not so good. Clothes and shoes stolen by another traveler who left early in the morning without checking out. Although they knew who it was they didn’t want to get involved themselves but suggested I deal with it myself with the tourist police. So I’m guessing that their good name as a hostel means nothing to them. P.s. while I was out buying replacements. The hostel cleaners helped themselves to my food and drinks(3) they left(2). When your guests are robbed in your premises it’s your business.

Lage okay, aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich war in einem 8 Bettzimmer, für 1 Woche. Meine Matratze hatte sich bereits an der Oberflächlich zersetzt; dies habe ich am letzten Tag bemerkt, da der Überzug sich gelöst hat. Meine Bettdecke die nicht bezogen war hat nach Urin gestunken weshalb ich nur mit dem Überzug geschlafen habe.(Dies war besonders in der Nacht sehr kalt). Habe die Decke austauschen lassen, allerdings hat es nicht geholfen!Das Kopfkissen war steinhart. Die Vorhänge sind total abgenutzt und riechen fürchterlich. Das Zimmer an sich hat unerträglich gestunken. Mir ist mehrfach aufgefallen; das Reinigungspersonal hat grob gesäubert, den Mülleimer entleert und neue Betten bestückt allerdings wurden nie die Bettdecken ausgetauscht, zudem blieb die Tür nach fast jeder Reinigung die Zimmertür offen; sodass jeder Zutritt ins Zimmer hatte!!! Das Personal das dort tätig ist; besonders weibliche Mitarbeiterinnen sind eher unfreundlich; war mir sehr unangenehm in der Küche nicht zurück gegrüßt zu werden und beim Essen in der Küche beobachtet zu werden! Ich hatte meine eigenen Handtücher +Schloss dabei. In den duschen gab es außer Seife nichts. Die Lage ist gut; allerdings ist der Preis ungerechtfertigt. Würde nicht nochmal dort übernachten.

Sono stata 4 notti in questo hostello, condividevo la camera da 4.. il letto non comodissimo ma ognuno aveva i suoi spazi. Bagno in comune con differenti docce.. mi sono trovata bene!! L'area comune aveva divani dove rilassarti e la cucina era attrezzata di tutto.. alle 20 tutte le sere c'era la sangria gratis e alle 21 la cena, al costo di 5€ che cambiava ogni sera! All ultimo piano c'era questo bar con vista e musica.. hai una carta. Elettronica x uscire ed entrare, ed è situato proprio davanti il mercato centrale!

Concordo con molte altre recensioni che è fattibile x poche notti.... Stanza solo donne troppo piccola per 6 persone... Sotto i letti a castello i cassonetti x valigia un po' vecchiotti e molto scomodi... Ma la pecca più grande (a mio parere) la non possibilità di gestire in autonomia l'aria condizionata!!!!! Bisogna sempre chiedere in reception di accendere o spegnere.. Alzare o abbassare... X il resto camera al primo piano x cui un po' di rumore dalla strada si sente Nel complesso ribadisco x qualche notte è ok guardando il prezzo davvero accessibile

Fantastique comme d’habitude. Personnel super sympa et à l’écoute, propositions, repas du soir pour 3 euros super bons… petits déjeuners disponibles pour 2€. Parfait ! C’est pour cela que je reviens depuis qq années plusieurs fois par an! Seul hic: les plages pas à côté mais le port et vieille ville super sympa et des opportunités d’achats et alimentaires : énorme marché, juste en face, magasin bio à 2 mn, 2nd Hand à 2mn…

Great place in Malaga

The staff at The Lights go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They cook a delicious 3 Euro meal every evening to enjoy on the rooftop. Great place to meet people! It is a bit loud between the noise from the street and other guests but that is to be expected being near the city center and it is a bit of a party hostel, but not too crazy as the rooftop closes at 11pm. Would def stay again!

Chambre super mais salle de bain aurait nécessité un ventilateur. J'ai appris la veille de mon départ qu'il y a une salle de bain commune sur l'étage... pratique pour la douche ( chambre de filles ;)) et les envies pressantes. Cuisine comportant TOUT ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Marché juste en face, épicerie et resto pour déjeuner à 2 min de marche
