  • Spectacular brand new apartment, hung from the sea in the center of Malaga on the promenade of the malagueta, next to the Pompidou Centre, 10 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral of Malaga.
    The apartment is on the 13th floor of a building with 14 completely renovated, so it is in perfect condition.
    Its 2 rooms (with TV and air conditioning), one with double bed and the other with 2 trundle beds (4 beds) are oriented to the sea.
    Bathroom fully equipped with shower cabin, living room with smart TV, air conditioning, sofa bed, large terrace and with the kitchen integrated in it.
