Positioned in the distinguished neighborhood of La Malagueta, this stunning beachfront holiday rental is just a 2-minute stroll the beach. Within a matter of steps, you can have your feet touching the warm Andalusian sand.



This recently-renovated apartment consists of one-bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room, dining-room and fully equipped kitchen.

There is a Murphy bed (150x190 cm pull-down bed attached to the wall) in the living room.



There are two bathrooms, one with shower and sink, the other one with shower, sink and toilet.



White walls and an open-plan layout create a free-flowing ambience primed for relaxation, complemented by heaps of natural light streaming through the large windows. Wake up early and enjoy sipping your café con leche while admiring the morning golden light dancing on the sea before spending the rest of the morning strolling along the promenade.



The Pier One (Muelle Uno) luxury marina with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops is located only minutes away. The city of Malaga is known for its great variety of museums, among which the Pompidou museum which is just arournd the corner. This holiday home in Malaga is a perfect opportunity to mix beach and culture.

Great Location But Only One Toilet

Nice little condo, super location. It is advertised as having 2 bathrooms, (listed as 2 showers). There is only one toilet between the 2 bathrooms.

Fantastic location and view

If you want an apartment overlooking the beach, with great views, this is it. This apartment is perfect for a beach holiday. The only suggestion I have for the property manager is to provide some essentials like bath gel and shampoo, and laundry detergent. Seasoning for cooking would also be welcomed by guests who like to cook.

A Dream Vacation

A corner Apartment remodeled in recent years with IKEA is sleek, comfortable, open, with floor to ceiling (almost) windows to a panoramic view of the beach, “boardwarlk” and Mediterranean. Restaurants, bakeries (definitely try Fermento Casa de Panaderos), groceries, etc at your doorstep. A short walk to the marina area with the more restaurants, bars and shops and an open air marketplace. The old town has high end shopping, museums, alcazaba, etc and is a lovely 15 minute walk or short bus (stop in front of apartment) ride. I definitely recommend “Mediterraneo” for your vacation stay in Malaga. We loved it and will be back!

Wonderful Mediteraneo

For its location - close proximity to the beach and city centre - and uninterrupted views of the sea, this is a simply fabulous apartment. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the furnishings and interior fittings were of a high standard. The location of the sitting area needs re-thinking so that while sitting on the sofa, visitors can watch the TV. And for anything other than a short stay, the lack of an oven is a problem that could easily be addressed by installing a combination microwave & oven in place of the existing ageing appliance.

Review

The location (walking distance of most interesting places) and the splendid view from the main room made the apartment very attractive for the two of us. However, for four people (as advertised) it would have been incredibly cramped except perhaps for an overnight stay. The 2nd bed which let down from the wall in the living room took up a lot of that otherwise pleasant space. (While we were there it was, in any case broken, and would not stay up in the wall without pushing the sofa against it. Management were unable to get it fixed during our stay.) Bathroom arrangements were OK for two, but the en suite had no toilet that being in a small cloakroom /shower room off the living area, making it very inconvenient. (There would also have been nowhere for people sleeping in the living room to put clothing.). The kitchen working area was tiny as were some of the appliances i.e. dishwasher and microwave/convection? oven. Again, while we were there the latter was malfunctioning making constant 'beeping' noises for which management solution was to turn it off it leaving us with only a hob. We did not want to cook, but for anyone who did this could well have been a problem. For two people the location and view outweighed other drawbacks but we would not honestly recommend it for four.

Good place and clean. Fantastic location. The check-in process went swiftly and smoothly. Nicely equipped kitchen. Beach umbrellas are provided and available for use. That’s really convenient considering how hot the sun is in the summer time at the beach.

Great location, beautiful view! Everything you need is within a short walk … groceries, restaurants, shopping, the pier, the beach. Property manager met us and was very helpful in explaining the unit and the local area. The only problem was the broken slider door that was stuck ajar and therefore needed to be closed off. It wasn’t a major problem and hopefully can be fixed soon. Everything else was perfect!

Best holiday apartment company I have ever dealt with

Exceptional apartment with a panoramic sea view across the full width of the living room. Amazing watching the sun rising on the Mediterranean straight ahead while sat on the couch. The apartment has just been fully refurbished so everything was new and in perfect working order. Solaga have been the easiest and best holiday apartment company I have ever dealt with, all the way through the process. Carlos, a company rep met us at the apartment with the keys and went through facilities then did an orientation of the area on a local map. This was our first trip to Malaga, this apartment in Malagueta is perfectly located for exploring the old town, the marina area, the parks and tons more stuff. Great place, friendly people, great food, wine, climate, culture. Residents we met talk of "The Malaga Bug" you get bitten by it and you want to stay. I can understand that. We will return.
