A very nice well furnished one bedroom apartment with balcony and great view of Malagueta beach. The check in staff was very pleasant and helpful. I only wish someone had met us at the apartment rather than having to go to an off site office to check in. Also, being on the beachfront, beach towels should be provided.

Perfect stay in a very nice location

The apartment is clean and nice, the balcony is perfect for breakfast and you have an easy acces to the beach for bathing or relaxing in the sun. Many small shops and restaurants very close and center of the city 15 min. walk away.

Excellent compact apartment in the perfect location with balcony sea views

The apartment is modern , stylish and well maintained and equipped . It is perfectly situated in a safe , quiet location with easy access to all areas of the city. The balcony is great to have breakfast on and watch the spectacular sunrise. Highly recommend. Could not improve

Terrific apartment with views of Malagueta

We stayed in Malaga for 6 days and this apartment was in a perfect location. The apartment is on the 5th floor—super clean, with well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The balcony faces the water and was lovely to sit and enjoy breakfast/coffee and drinks in the evening. We appreciated having a market around the corner for food staples and wine. We walked everywhere—it was a short 5 min walk to restaurants along the port and about 10-15 min into the historic center and other sites. The beach is right across the street, along with a lovely walkway that leads along the coast for morning walks (with little cafes along the water). The property team, in particular Cristina, was extremely helpful and responsive to our emails and any questions we had. The checkin process was at a different building to get the keys which was easy to manage—the property team remind you where to go. It was then a 5 min walk from the apartment building. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place ! Perfect location

It was a great stay. I would only suggest to make it perfectly clear on the directions YOU must go to to the office to get your keys not the actual property. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions for how to use the keys properly as well the expectations for when we leave the property.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Balkon und schönem Meerblick. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker in direkter Nähe.Netter Service der Vermietagentur: defekter Toilettendeckel wurde umgehend repariert. Auch ein Taxi wurde organisiert.Das Apartment benötigt einen frischen Anstrich. Im Wohnzimmer war fächig eine dunkle Flüssigkeit an die Wand gespritzt. Der Teppich war fleckig.

Muy bonito apartamento, muy bien decorado. La vista es magnífica sobre la ciudad y el puerto. La ubicación es perfecta para la playa y para hacer turismo. Es una pena que el motor del aire acondicionado está del lado del dormitorio: hace mucho ruido por la noche y nos vimos obligados a no usarlo a pesar del calor. Doble acristalamiento en las ventanas sería una buena mejora.

La cama excelente Es indispensable en ese apartamento poner un toldo. Maravilloso lugar frente al mar

Hemos estado un mes de vacaciones en este apartamento frente al mar. Todo perfecto y la atención por parte de Caleta Homes inmejorable. El apartamento estaba bien equipado en general. Echamos de menos cuchillos de sierra y exprimidor de frutos así como palillos para comida japonesa. Por lo demás me pareció bien , la limpieza una vez por semana y cambio de sábanas y toallas, es muy importante y no hubo problema. El personal de Caleta Homes fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento.

Great place to stay

We stayed for almost a week, two adults and one baby. The apartment is perfect with great views over the sea and sunrise in the mornings. Malagueta is great for walks along the beach, and further away there are some nice beachfront restaurants.

vacaciones agradables en un entorno maravilloso

En general me ha gustado todo. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy agradable, bien amueblado y sobre todo la ubicación en primera linea de playa con unas vistas fantásticas. Es muy fresquito y a pesar de tener aire acondicionado, apenas se ha utilizado. Destacar la limpieza que hacen a los 7 días. Las chicas encantadoras y la limpieza de sobresaliente. Otra cosa a destacar es la distancia al centro de la ciudad, apenas 10 minutos. Lo recomiendo totalmente para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.
