This magnificent apartment is located in one of the most privileged areas of the city, characterized by its beach, its restaurants and its elegance. Its location on Muelle Uno is unbeatable, where you can enjoy the benefits of the city, being one step away from the beach, the Pompidou Museum or the Plaza de Toros.
Crossing the Paseo del Parque gardens, you can stroll at the foot of the Alcazaba and witness unique buildings such as the Town Hall, the Bank of Spain or the old Post Office. And other places of interest such as the Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, Cathedral or Cervantes Theatre are within a 10-minute walk.
Waking up and having breakfast with the views of the port and the sea, is what makes this flat so special, thanks to its large windows, which bring light and freshness to the whole house. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the bedroom, both designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. In the decoration, the warm tones stand out, creating a unique and cozy space

Der Ausblick war ein Traum. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants und der Strand gleich um die Ecke. In die historische Altstadt spaziert man ca 5-10 min. Die Whg ist gut ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht.
