Right in the heart of the Old Town, it features private parking in the building and is situated just behind Plaza de la Merced, home to the famous Picasso House Museum.

It features two bedrooms with balconies, a bathroom with a spacious and comfortable shower, a living-dining room with large windows overlooking the street and Calle Victoria itself, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and private parking in the building.

Our apartments are COVID-19-free; we follow all necessary cleaning procedures and hygiene measures during key handoffs.
We use electric sprayers with disinfectant to clean surfaces and equip our staff with masks and gloves.
Hand sanitiser will also be available for guests in all our apartments.
