The open plan living/dining room features a sitting area, a TV and a dining table.

The kitchen includes essential appliances, essential cooking utensils and crockery that will satisfy any of your needs. There is a washing machine available for your laundry needs.

The first and second bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and the third bedroom with a single bed. Bed linen is provided in the bedrooms.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Carretera de Cádiz runs along the Mediterranean coast, with fish restaurants and open-air chiringuito snack bars on popular Misericordia and Sacaba beaches. Nearby Huelin and Oeste parks have palm-fringed paths around artificial lakes. A vintage car and fashion museum in a former tobacco factory, while La Térmica culture centre hosts flamenco performances. Museo Ruso shows artwork and classic Russian movies.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Avda. de Velázquez - Bda. El Torcal, bus 3, is just a 3-minute walk.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is an 9-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
