    Located in the prestigious eastern district of Málaga, this apartment is just a short walk from Playa de los Baños del Carmen and Pedregalejo Beach, two of the city’s most charming and authentic coastal spots. The neighborhood is well known for its local vibe, historic fishing roots, and excellent beachfront restaurants (chiringuitos) where you can enjoy freshly grilled sardines, seafood, and sunsets by the sea.



    Within walking distance, you'll find:

    - The beautifull seafront promenade is just across one of Málaga’s main roads, only about 50 meters from the apartment, ideal for walking, running or cicling.

    - From there, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the promenade and reach the beach in about 500 meters.

    - Traditional tapas bars, trendy cafés and restaurants can be found within 500 meters in the known neighborhood of "Pedragalejo" that was once a traditional fishing village.

    - Supermarkets are about 800 meters away.

    - Excellent public transport links to the city center (bus stops just meters away)
