BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN HISTORIC HEART

Beautifully furnished and very bright 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 singles), 2 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen.
Located in flat historic heart of the city.
All exterior and large vantanales.
A 2 minutes walk from museums, Cathedral, the popular Calle Larios, the central market and the harbor. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away.
ADSL Internet in all rooms, Air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms.

Clients have to throw their own rubbish out to the containers, which are in C/ Fernán González.
You also have to do your worn washing up, and leave cups, glasses, plates, etc., clean.
If any of these requirements, we Will take 20 eur off the deposit, thanks for your cooperation!

If you loose your key or get locked out, you would need top ay 20 eur to have someone come to open, thanks!

Stays of 28 days or more have a great discount, so you need to pay your own electricity and water. You need to pay an electricy deposit of 150 eur. At the end of your stay we calculate your real use of electricity and we refund any amount not used, or we ask for the amount exceeding the 150 eur per month. Water is paid a fix rate of 0,50 cent per person and day.

Great location, charming apartment.

We were 5 adult's sharing the 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Clean and comfortable beds, small kitchen with fridge & freezer. Very close distance to market place and several coffee and restaurants right around the corner.

Absolutely love Málaga!

This apartment worked great for our group of six (two teens, two 75 grandparents and my husband & I) during our stay in Málaga. Location is absolutely fabulous for exploring the city center, with easy access to public transportation if you're looking to go further. Grandparents enjoyed the step-in shower, elevator and a large room with space on both sides of the bed for getting in and out. The biggest issue we had was managing the availability of hot water and navigating the oven (the settings have been rubbed off the controls, so it's a guessing game on where to set it). Overall great experience, and everyone agreed they would stay in the space again.

Great Location

Located on the edge of the historic centre, away from all the noisy tourist's busy streets, but just minutes walking away from it all. The market, the cathedral, the Roman theatre, the beaches, etc. The building has a great coffee shop for a great breakfast and is probably one of the better ones we tried; several others are in sight from the doorstep. However, the garbage and street cleaning crews are noisy overnight, enjoying thunderous bangs with metal objects, which might be challenging to a light sleeper. The apartment is old to the decor but very clean and well-maintained. It is in a lovely historic building with an elevator. This is not a luxury high-end retreat but a very practical, budget-friendly, enjoyable base for the busy through-the-day exploring tourist—not for an apartment dweller. One bedroom has no working air-conditioning unit, which might be an issue for some.

Everything and more...

If traveling with a larger group this place is a must! The apartment is spacious and perfect for my family of 6. The location was perfect with a store for all your needs below and an awesome little Cafe that had the best breakfast. Nearby there were many shops and restaurants and everything is in walking distance. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very friendly and accommodating. If I ever visit Spain again I will definitely stay at this location.

Location, location, location

Very well-located apartment in the center of Malaga. Beautiful streets, nice cafés and restaurants. Within walking distance of many historic places. Clean and nice. The only issue is related to the noise. It can get noisy during the night.

Lovely airy apartment in good location for all amenities. Clean and well presented. Please note that the number of the apartment is 1C not 1B where a very confused old gentleman lives.and the location map on the website shows an incorrect address.

Excellent location, nice apartment

This property is in an excellent location within the older part of town. It is within a few minutes walking distance to the Malaga Cathedral, numerous restaurants and shops, a taxi stand, the hop on hop off bus and the beach. The apartment was very clean. However, the streets are cleaned and the trash is emptied every night. This is extremely loud and if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

wonderful!

Everything you need! Very helpful landlord when there was a problem. No problem lasted longer than a few hours. A washing machine was replaced the next day and a WIFI outage was reported and repaired quickly. You are near great restaurants and shopping and a short walk from anywhere you care to go.

Fantastisk beliggenhed / dog en del støj.

Dejlig ren lejlighed med fantastik beliggenhed midt i historisk bydel. Det var midt i byens puls, charme og støj. Især meget om natten, hvor der blev tømt affald og rengøring af gågaderne. Husk ørepropper !!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Wenige Gehminuten in die Innenstadt und dem Hafen. Vor dem Haus befinden sich die Müllcontainer, diese werden täglich um 02.00 früh geleert. Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer waren gebrochen und wurden von der Vermieterin nach 2 Wochen durch neue Stühle getauscht. Die zwei Sessel im Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen und für den Sperrmüll geeignet. Der Duschvorhang im "großen Bad" ist verschimmelt. Die Dusche im kleinen Bad ist undicht und ebenfalls verschimmelt. Bei Ankunft funktionierte die Heizung nicht. Hier wurde über die Vermieterin eine neue Fernbedienung zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei der Heizung handelt es sich um eine an der Decke angebrachte Klimaanlage, die auch zum Heizen verwendet werden kann. Diese Anlage wurde offensichtlich nicht gewartet oder desinfiziert. Die Lamellen zeigten Stockflecken und Schwarzschimmel. Der Warmwasserboiler in der Küche war undicht und musste ebenfalls zuerst repariert werden. Die Wohnung, wir sind selbst Vermieter, befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand. Der aufgerufene Mietpreis dieser Wohnung steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem Allgemeinzustand. Wir haben hier insgesamt 5 Wochen verbracht und werden diese Wohnung definitiv nicht mehr anmieten. Der Check-Inn über einen Schlüsselkasten war problemlos, ebenfalls reagierte die Vermieterin schnell auf Nachrichten von uns. Die Wohnung gehört von Grund auf instandgesetzt,

Fint sted, fint lejlighed, dog rigtig meget larm om natten. Tømning af affaldsbeholdere, gadespuling

Dejligt centralt, gode senge, alt fungerer som beskrevet. Dog ikke meget vandtryk ved bruserne, hvilket næsten helt forsvinder hvis man samtidig vasker tøj. Der mangler en manual til vaskemaskinen. Kunne ønske at den var bedre isoleret, da man midt om natten kan høre skraldemændene tømme de store skraldespande, samt at man nemt kan høre folk snakke nede på gaden. Da vi ankom for at hente nøglen efter den sendte beskrivelse, lå nøglen ikke hvor den skulle. Udlejeren var nem at komme i kontakt med, og problemet blev hurtigt løst. Dog var rengøring stadig igang da vi ankom efter den efterspurgte tid. Lejligheden ligger dejligt centralt og der er ikke langt til mange af tingene i Málaga.

Malaga Centro Stay

Very difficult to find. We expected detailed directions giving street names and turnings. Without any we walked, with our luggage for more than 1 hour eventually having to get a taxi. It’s only a 10 minute walk from station but we couldn’t find it. Good location, plenty of space in apartment but it needs updating particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. No information folder for guests. A big problem for us was it’s a very noisy area. Noise went until into early hours, then the bins were emptied very noisily around 1.30am. This took over an hour. Then streets were power washed! What a shame. So if you want to get some sleep we would not recommend staying here. Finally you need to get a taxi when you arrive because you won’t get proper directions and won’t be able to find it.

Charming Apartment

The apartment is in an excellent location. The building is very charming rooms are good size with big windows and lots of light. linen, towels and bedding are adequate. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. But we also noticed some shortcomings. The pluming seems outdated with water pressure and temperature very unpredictable. The kitchen is not adequately equipped. A good coffee maker is a must!.

Fantastic location and very clean

The apartment itself was very nice. Centrally located and spacious. It lacked in a few amenities like laundry soap and paper towel. Communication with the host was challenging. There were 3 different people we had to deal with. And when we told them what time we would be there, we still had to wait 25 minutes outside for one of them to show up to let us in. The host was also not very helpful when we had questions like where the remote for the air conditioning was. We had to search around to find it, and then teach ourselves how to use it. Simple things to a resident are not that easy for people in a foreign country.

muy bien situado y muy comodo el piso ha convenido perfectamente para visitar Malaga y su centro. limpio y bien equipado con internet mejor que en casa solo ha fallado la lavadora rota unos dias antes de nuestra llegada.no hemos cruzado Eva pero si, la simpatica esther .un poco de ruido para vaciar los contenedores de basura en la calle a medianoche todos los dias nos ha acostumbrado a ir tarde a la cama pero estabamos de vacaciones no?

Great stay in Malaga city

Lovely apartment in a great location, the apartment is well equipped and spacious. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and the harbour front. Fantastic base for cycling in the mountains once you know the direction from the city! Only downside is the noise at night with bin lorries seeming to call every night right beside us...... just bring earplugs.

LONG WEEKEND BREAK

From first contact with Eva very good communication . Slight issue in finding the Apartment as the Google Map I printed off was somewhat inaccurate but that said phone call to Esther and we met up in the Main Square and literally a short 2 minute walk to the Apartment . iPhone would not connect to the Internet for Street Map ! Esther, who was our contact recommended we walk down the Sea Front to the suburb of Malaga near Pedregalejo where all the Fish Restaurants are located. About an hours walk but well worth it as is the walk ! or you can take the bus ! So many to chose from was the problem The Apartment is well presented and spotlessly clean and you can strike out to the Market , well worth a visit or Main Square in 5 Minutes . The Port with some nice Bars and Cafes to sit and watch the world go by a mere 10/15 minute walk away . Only one slight down side was the noise from the Refuse Collectors at 04.00 in the morning on Friday . That said it didn't spoilt the break

Great location! Very accommodating- will definitely stay there again when in Malaga.

We were so thankful for how accommodating they were with our late arrival. It was a late flight that was delayed on top of that. The apt was in a great location and was more than enough room than we needed. There was street noise but you will get that with any apt in that area. We definitely will be back and chose this apt. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
